Funny how quickly your yields are getting so much fatter. You may want to think of a smaller drying area with some humidity control. A tight space with 50% rh 65 - 75degrees total darkness for 4 to 5 days now.

The last haul looked mighty tasty. As far as the future upgrades, if ya need any construction/electric/pluming help/advise let me know. A sub panel is simple enough if you have a big enough service and will solve any future electric upgrade problems. My extensive construction background is the biggest help when it comes to 0 partners=safe. The 5/8's white foam board covers walls well without many holes and I'm with unclefishstick on using a tarp on the floor instead of poly, you can also source green house flooring for a long term set up.
