Better put a ring on this lady! :dancer:

I definitely have back up clones of them all (always as standard practice), I got in there and did some more smell tests….. the funky smells are back …. Could be described as an oniony BO funk I suppose but there’s a menthol component in there too. Shouldn’t be long now they are heading towards the finish I think I’m going to continue feeding them until week 9 (this Wednesday) then start flushing but I want to see what they look like at lights on tonight before deciding that 🤘🤘🤘

Wow  they look very similar for most traits, but girl number 2 looks outstanding for resin production!
What a beautiful sativa indoor grow and great gardening job @OZZ_ ;)

Thanks Dubi!

Here are the individual cola shots #1 - #4

They all have similar terp profiles…. And while not as loud as modern hybrids which isn’t to be expected… they are pretty smelly and definitely adequately loud. As mentioned the funk is back …. Someone earlier mentioned an oniony type profile and I think that fits well with maybe some other funky components in there…. Maybe body odor…. But there’s also a fresh scent in the background too, behind the funk … maybe menthol…. Or pine.

I think I’m going to keep them on feed until Friday which will be day 66 then give them a week to flush out and see how they look taking them at week 10. Will be sure to report back here after smoke tests

You're knocking these out of the park Brother Ozz! I'll be in suspense until I get to read the smoke report🤤
I hope you'll be able to save a small bud until I get there in Feb for our visit. I'll be doing the 3-day spirit walk at the Church of the Peyote Way, so I'm not sure what condition my mind will be in
:pointlaug
Looking forward to meeting your son, what an awesome dude!
Keep on growing Brother:plant grow:

Morning Ace friends. @OZZ_ Awesome job.. Question though. On my grow I have/had brown spots on my leaves, similar to what I see in a few of your photos, but unfortunately mine are really visible. I call this calcium deficiency on my plants and wonder what your thoughts are. Thanks ! Keep up the great work.

@SolarLogos Church of the peyote... ?? I need to look into this...

Hi Blondie, great eye and thanks for the question 🤙🤙🤙

If you look closely you will see some calcium deficiency spots that have popped up this past week.

For the last ten days I’ve had a house full of guests as my wife’s family was in town. 8 adults, 4 children and three dogs …. Haha …. So it has been a very hectic last week or so.

Well one day over the holiday we started BBQ’ing and having beers around noon out by the pool…. We decided to dip into some Malawi from one of my last Sativa grows….. as I was fumbling around in the grow room half Crocked I noticed the res for the Super Congos needed filled. I got it filled up with RO and my brother in law walked in with yet another Malawi doobie… as well as a nice glass of bourbon haha…. This was probably about 5pm by now.

Well needless to say I don’t remember much past that, other than we partied until around 2am. The result was that I had filled the súper Congos reservoir with nothing but plain RO water completely forgetting to add nutrients of any sort, I completely forgot and wandered out of the grow room in a Malawi-bourbon daze.

It was only a single 11 hour lights on cycle that they were fed plain RO, and then the next morning I realized what had happened and immediately added nutes. Even only being one lights on cycle (2 irrigations) with plain RO they spotted up right away showing minor calcium deficiencies and yellowed out a few fans too. The very next day they were back on full strength nutes so their nutritional needs are once again being met but I doubt those spots will go away being towards the end of their life cycle.

I’ll be flushing them before long and judging by how quick they started getting deficient I don’t think it will take too long. I May need to shorten my plans of flushing for a full week, I haven’t decided yet but I’m going to watch them closely and at least continue full strength feedings until Friday if not longer.

Malawi and bourbon man…. Wicked combo haha

Like I said great eye! 🤘🤘🤘

Glad you had a good time with family last week @OZZ_ 🥰

Now they are all finishing, females 1 and 4 look closer to the pure sativa mother while 2 and 3 are more tamed types with stronger Bangi Haze influence.

hehehehe Malawi + whiskey is for sure a combo for destruction, i know it well! 😅

Destruction is right hahHA … it was a blast though! :headbange :dance013:

That’s good to know about phenos 1 and 4 …. I’m definitely interested in seeing how the smokes compare

It sure seems like they want to finish up so I think I’m going to go ahead and start flushing tonight as the res will be empty anyway

#1 didn’t like being switched to plain RO then back on full strength feed like that …. I found one single sterile nanner on her but the others are all holding strong. I think it’s a good sign they want to head towards the finish so I’m going to let them. I’ll start flushing tonight/tomorrow and maybe take them this weekend

Can’t wait to see what they all do for you! I’d like to run the súper panama haze soon too but I have a hybrid grow coming up next, then I’ll be back at the satties
I too have a bunch of sativas to run, but also have a hybrid run first. It’s hard not to start these now, you’ve made them look so good.🧐🤤

Thanks brother! I’m really excited about the silver pheno, I know she’s more Banghi leaning as per @dubi but I love her flower to leaf ratio, and super resinous buds…. I also really like the idea that bang his stimulating effects coming from the Congo side is reinforced by being back crossed to the pure Congo mom.

Of course smoke tests will reveal all however. They are all now chopped and hanging for dry at ten weeks on the dot.

After some nice cure we will get to the nitty gritty :dance013:
