I was thinking about this green cure stuff while harvesting my indoor gdp, that the end product would have baking soda dust in it like after the green cure dries and the fine dust remains. I was reminded that crack heads don’t drop dead cause of the baking soda so its pobly OK, it surly a good thing to apply in the beginning of fruit set so theirs a coating first off. I'm going with serenade from now on, in late flower like for after I cut out bud rot -to treat the plant surfaces. I treated for powery mildew @ 2tsp per gal, probly over kill and that’s why I had some residue on the sugar leafs. Where sifting hash for edibles anyhow, no worries there. The thought had crossed my mind while pulling 8-10 ounces what I should do with the crop outside when im spraying for budrot and using a different product then I had in the past.. Serenade was my buddy even though I had about an ounce loss each season to mother nature.

How are the girls? Hope they are doing great!

My bubba that pulled .5lbs (plus about 2 z's of head stash) had 2 main colas and a bunch of smaller ones. Its main stem was significantly less than 1 inch wide. I am using this as my guide to estimate what I'll get out of the plants in the full season garden.

The one in the garden has about 10 main clusters at the top and, of course, tons of stuff down low. The main stalk is about 3 inches wide. That's how I am coming to my yield estimation.

nomaad, if what you say holds true, I'm looking at pulling at least 1-2lbs from my 4 plants. That would be very sweet! Bubba isn't the best yielder from my experience and what I've heard...

I missed your initial estimate, but I hope you took into account that if you double the diameter, you should have approaching 4x the ability to transport nutrients, which should also translate into yield as long as all feeding/watering /etc requirements are met...

It was supposed to be OG clone. Some of the trays were OG and some were this very short, stalky, slow growing strain. At first we thought it was some kind of purple but the leaf blades were too wide. After seeing brother bear's pics of his Bubba I started to think that was what it was. About 3 weeks ago I got confirmation that the clones we had got were Bubba. We didn't keep any moms of it but I can probably get my hands on it again. I honestly probably won't grow it again because it was such a slow grower and was very susceptible to mold and PM. The buds are huge but most of the plants will be under a pound.

Very sorry I'm laggin on updates people. Took some great shots, just need to upload them, and I'm trying to stick around if you know what I mean...others will be here soon, so I can escape to upload them. The rain was probably a blessing in disguise- no huge problems, as almost everything was well supported. Another roll of hortinova is on order though, that stuff saved me.

Great to hear all is well. My Sour D's got pancaked in the rain but we got them back into pretty good shape. Are you still using a spinpro to trim those monsters? I want to hear how it is going. Lots of people around here speak very highly of those kinds of trimmers. Can't wait to see the pics. I bet the monsters look scary.

I never got the spinpro. Did get the trimpro original, though I'll probably dish out half a twister to the trimmers...arrrgg Are you saying people around you speak highly of the spinpro/handy trimmer/salad spinner thing?

I may have some space issues here soon. Do you see a problem whipping up some hoophouses to dry/work in? These two twenty foot shipping containers are looking smaller and smaller...

Just got through picking apart cheese colas for cats...what a bummer, they really like that one and it's so dank. Overall, it's going well...a little overwhelming trying to handle it all myself, but we're looking good.
