I posted that a few posts up, Krunch. I'm not taking a side only pointing out that the media is clearly trying to sensationalize this and they're the ones perpetuating the racial angle without so much as posting all of the facts before putting their own slant on it.

The sanford police is just trying to protect themselves but if you have some sense you can see their story and what was on the 911 tapes don't go together. Even if he did attack what would you do if someone is following you, you lost them, then they find you and confront you?. Would you bitch up, or would you defend yourself?.
To me it seems like people, including Zimmerman's friend thinks that you should just smile and tell your stalker you are not a problem and let them do as they wish. WTF?.
Also, to the people bring up him being suspended what you are leaving out is he was suspended for TARDINESS. Welcome to the new school system that suspends for small things BUT say they want you to make your life better in the future. What kind of shit is that, give a kid a suspension on his records for being late, then say you want the best for him. BTW, blacks are more likely than white to be suspended or arrested for small things in schools. Until this country deals with the racial problem and listen to BOTH SIDES nothing will change and it will just get worse. Thank god for Music because it, specifically Hip Hop has done more for race relations then anything I can think of even though people try to put it down all the time.

Guess you missed the part where it was the prosecutors who decided to not press charges and that it was the Sandford PD that called in the Feds. It's like you really WANT to believe this was a hate crime. Let the facts come out, let the scenario play out and then make an informed decision. You're letting the media manipulate you like they wanted to in the first place.

Krunchbubble that story sounds like straight bullshit and I explained why already. Plus the reason why people are mad is because you can hear the 911 tapes for yourself and see how Zimmerman instigated the whole thing. The Sanford Police didn't even want to release the tapes at first and now we know why. The media is only catching up to what was going on on the internet for 2-3 weeks now.

Can you show me where the Sanford Police called the U.S. Justice Department?.
I can see how the prosecutors will not press charges if something is dealing with the police as they work together and this I have seen with my own eyes. They allowing a grand jury and the U.S. Justice Department handle the matter NOW after all the outcry but if this wasn't so widely known they would have done nothing.

Now let us move on to logic. something fox news viewers are not familiar with. Zimmerman started the confrontation. PERIOD! by chasing the kid down in a vehicle and harassing him. Treyvon Martin was running away from that bat shit crazy mother fucker Zimmerman. If some one is running the only reason they would get aggressive if they were cornered. Further more Zimmerman is a grown man, and weighed 100 pounds more than Martin; zimmerman could easily over power him.
Next point. If he could not over power Martin then he could not have gotten to his gun. He did over power him and get to his gun though. I have taken extensive tactical gun training courses, at places like thunder ranch when I was growing up. I have been shooting since I was 6. Before I got in to mmj I carried a gun with a c.h.l.. In all training you learn that you have to have you gun out first. It is not the wild wild west. If you are in a fight and not in control you don't pull your gun out because it is likely to get taken from you. It is almost impossible to pull while you are in mid scuffle.
Even a fire arm defense trainer would call what Zimmerman did murder.

I haven't seen anyone trying to "defend" Zimmerman. As I pointed out earlier, I think that it is really ironic that a bunch of people who hang out on a cannabis site are jumping on the media lynch-mob wagon when they know full well how factual the media is when reporting about pot. You all "know" what happened in your fantasy scenarios - well, I can think of about 50 different scenarios where, at worst, Zimmerman is guilty of manslaughter. Yes, they all start with him having piss-poor judgment, but that is kind of a pervasive attribute amongst humanity. Personally, I prefer to deal with facts.
