so a moot point?

incorrect your drying and storage space is not part of your 25²'
now that you have been informed im sure you will want to discontinue spreading that misinformation
actually it is left up to the citizens at the local level.
a city/county vote is much easier to change than a state level one.
ordinances and millages pass by tens of votes at times.
hell you could even buy your very own county commissioner!
the smaller the government the easier it is for citizens to control
after all you would not want sac. creating a "one size fits all" scenario for the entire state would you?

im glad we could clear up your concerns and hope with this new and correct information you will support this step toward freedom!

Ugh, the way you talk to people is so condescending. I dont understand why you have to talk like that?

I must have misread that you can dry elsewhere, can you please provide me with a link because I missed it.
I find this..-->
(b) living and harvested cannabis plants shall be assessed by square footage

And a link to info saying its the citizens that will vote on the legality of sales in the county and not the politicians deciding.

And my first point is not moot, its quite valid.

Come on vta, you're smarter than that.

A 14 year old getting high is not un common. For someone to go to prison up to seven years because of this is absurd. The consequence should be something far far less and more appropriate.

Just because these laws are current laws does not mean we can't change them. We are currently in a movement to legalize cannabis, and seven year prison terms for someone smoking out a 14 year old is jacked up. The 14 year old wanted it. Its like anyone forced anything onto anyone.

Again, there should be consequences, but not seven years, and prop19 fails to address this in an appropriate way.

a 7 year bid is his fondest wish..

If an adult is just smoking with a teenager, I dont see why that adult should go to prison for seven years, even three years.

I'm just talking about smoking. And this could end up being ones aunt, neighbor, family friend, parent, what have you.

it leaves regulation of recreational sales to municipalities.
reason dictates government is more easily changed at a local level.
do you contend it is easier to effect change on a state level?

so your saying that because 19 does not change contributing law it should not be passed?

are you for the repeal of 215?
did you write the GOV. and tell him not to sign the recent bill?
or are these morals only applied to 19?

We use common sence here. we dont contribute to a child. Your right the law sucks and needs to be changed but it has nothing to do with 19 and is no reason to vote no. We have plenty of fucked up laws. We cant change them all as quickly as we would like to. Still no reason to vote no

like i said a seven year bid would be preferable to the Judge.

20 year old is a child?

the convo in question was about 14 year olds...

do i think 21 is the correct age..no

but its better than the status quo..

minimum age for recreational MJ right now? if you make it to 36,420 years old i think there is a loophole...

we all know the 18-20 part of the bill is fucked up but still no reson to vote no. These are the parts that will get worked on after it passes. These things are not writen in stone we have the power to change them. Keep in mind that none of us want to just stop after it passes there are many things that need the kinks worked out.

I have been on here ranting against this a few times now, but I have to say that I would vote for it now. My reason coming from what South America, Mexico, and a number of other countries have said. I truly believe that if this passes in California then Mexico, central america, and south america will legalize as well. As well as most of Europe. So because of the fact that we will see "real" legalization from these countries then I would vote yes on this. I hope it passes now. I apoligize for pissing anyone off.

I'm very glad to see you have come around, OO. I think that is the reason it has been invaluable to keep these threads open. There have been a number of vehement NO people that have come around. I'm still holding out hope for Krunch. I have too much respect for the guy's abilities and the help that he has given to other growers to abandon him to the dark side!

last post on this subject......

just wanted to show what i got an infraction on, this is what he said it is a personal attack, physical......

"actually, us no for prop 19, get attacked everyday, how come no infraction for anyone else? oh! because they are for prop 19! i get in now, get on the nuthugging bandwagon and skate through no problem with whatever you say......

i have been very passive for a few weeks now. i would totally understand if i got infractions for paste shit talking........

if you read what i wrote, i am not "baiting, trolling, and causing personal attacks".......

i simply wrote that he is an internet keyboard badboy and would not say that in real life to me......

its all good, i just put my anger into my workout, just pressed a personal best of 280 lb's for a set of 10, i am 165 lb's.."

WHERE AM I ATTACKING? AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE?

Calling me a hypocrite, is attacking, provoking, baiting. posting things i pmed you in public is also against the TOU.

I think that if you read back through the afternoon, you will find that you were making some pretty inflammatory remarks yourself. I think it's time to let it go.

i was just going back to read some of the facts. and ran across that, which i did not see earlier. I enjoy this conversation. both sides are extremely articulate. And well spoken. So to say the least. The education of the way the average voter thinks is a blessing.

But i will Moderate as i need to. Just because a moderater is active in a discussion. Does not mean im not still going to MODERATE a thread. As we all want our best behavior and proper respect for each other. Amen. over and out.
