I want to grow "tripping weed" what should I get?

Hawaiian Snow is really trippy too. Smoking some of that right now. It is like Nev's Haze and OT haze I think.

Gert - I have grown Cambodian and Thai genetics before. As well as African strains from several places. I have no pics as this was before the internet craze. Im into indicas and hybrids at this point. I believe both Reeferman and DJ have commented that the "African Black" was the most trippy potent stuff either had come across in their travels. Thais are well known for their trippy qualitites as well. When I say Thai, I really mean that entire area of SE Asia(Cambodia, Loas, Vietnam, Thailand)These are the genes where the trippy spaced out heart racing highs come from. Gypsy has pure landrace genes from Cambodia that are great! These were the last true sat I grew a couple years ago and their cheap! Hazes are simply the genes mixed together with a little bit of something from South America as well by the bros. I didnt mention the South American strains because I have only smoked them and not grown them but there are several that are know for the trippy highs they offer. So if you want trippy you can play around and hope for a good pheno or go rite to the originals and start looking. Now if you think 12-15 week hazes are too long, these will be even longer. Equatorial Sativas like these will have incredible grow time since they come from places where the sun shines 12/12 for at least half the year. If you put in the time you can definately be trippn off your ass. Good luck.

i got some question concerning the acid pheno of tom hills ohaze:
can someone describe the high?
at which stage of growth can the phenotype be identified?
how would it yield in a 2 plant topfeed 250w setup?
how long is the actuall flowering time?

i think the longest i went for was 11weeks but it did pay off - i would wait even longer for a even more trippy stash

I don't think you can say Mr Jones, only by sampling does Tom himself know what he has in a seedplant or I am certain he would have said.
There are clues to the right group if you follow a couple of things he did say.
The better pheno's have begun to show resin towards the top of the plant by week 6 regardless of whether you are in veg or bloom.
This same group have a distinct 'metalshop' smell in the flowers and it is obvious almost as soon as they show.

Due to there not being a typical look for the 'acid pheno' it would be impossible to answer your other questions really, however the flowering time is around 120 days/14 weeks -/+ a day or two.

That's what I want...smoke-able LSD. But I want it reliable...meaning potency is stable. I don't want to hunt through 20+ plants, I don't have the room. Unless those other 95% are much better than my latest strains...

I want to plant a seed and get tripping weed...why is that so hard? Do I have to dedicate my life to recreating it?

Unless you get really lucky there is no effortless way to aquire a minor expression like this one other than to buy/trade or be gifted one that someone else worked to find.

Haze seed and many of its crosses have been less viable for me at 50% - 80% and mostly with only three females from a ten pack from various sources.

It means what it means.......5 in 100 females = 5% or 1 in 20 females = 5%
so to find it assuming you will get 5 female from a pack then you will need to grow 4 packets to find that special girl

It could need a lot more packs than four so would do an F2 and run them unless money did not matter.



Harvest buds from 120 days as they ripen , the total yield will always be low from these extreme types and they can be fussy about nutes , narrow folded leaf blades is ideal for mites as well.

Worth the effort and the only thing that gets me high anymore , some of the Zamal crosses have similar effects and could be a bit easier to grow.

I've heard of Tom Hills Haze...but 5%? I need better odds than that. I've heard of others... I'd like the people who have grown them, grown the legends, to tell me their experience. Please, only things available now...or will be back in stock.

i think that 5% means for those who smoke original haze last two years every day hehe, if its not your case i think youll be pretty satisfied with most of your plants from one pack....peace

green crack can be pschadelic if you smoke enough as it has a high ceiling I would say more so than the c99 i have tried. I might add I found it personally to have a dirty feeling to it and it felt more like bad tripping than anything imo.

Can't go wrong with SHantibaba's gear at MNS...Nev's Haze, Nev's Skunk, SSH, MangoHaze, The Doors (NL5HzxHzAC), La Nina and Neville's Mango would all be excellent choices from MNS...i'm sure most of the rock and rollers have some trippy pheno's with the new HzAC male which is a newly selected NL5xHz crossed with SkxHz so its hard to go wrong with those new gals also

As far as I know, time of harvest does not affect CBD content, that's a genetic thing. Where did you get that info from?

I would also suggest you don't get too impressed by alleged THC %age numbers. Even when they are not complete bullshit (i.e. most of the time) they don't mean what you think. They usually refer to %age of cannabinoids in the resin, which is not necessarily linked to strength.

Finally, I am very glad for you that you were so pleased with your PPP and WW although I am not quite sure that they would fit some peoples' definition of "trippy". Of course, you may have gotten real lucky with tour phenos - it is, as I always say, a game of dice at the end of it all.
