all the good cops i know couldn't stand being cops and moved on to other jobs like district atty, judge, etc... being a cop was the first step... the cops for life are the ones u have to worry about

I suppose that when you were growing up cops were just cops; now they're soldiers in a branch of the military. At least that's the way it looks from here...

I agree with most of you but saying fuck all cops is absolutely ridiculous there are alot of them trying to help us and if we ever want to settle the dispute using the cops that like us like tools is what we have to do. If I ever get caught with my grow I am 110% positive I will get nothing except my plants ripped. now this isn't exactly fair/lawful but they could be a lot worse. They will be civil if a cop beat the shit out of me in this town for some plants they would lose all respect from the people here and they quickly be transferred out or quit altogether. My cousin got arrested for telling a cop to fuck off I told the minors around town what happened (they can't get into trouble lol) they literally sat at the police station and swore at them told them what they were doing was wrong for the hour my cousin was there and got my cousin out of trouble. 3 cops have requested to be transferred from my town because of things like this happening these are the dirty cops that can't get away with what they want. I believe all of this will change next year tho because our sheriff of 20-25 years is retiring and he is the main reason why the cops are lenient here. If I get into any trouble all I have to do is request to talk to him and most likely I will get off with nothing and the rookie will get yelled at. My father actually got an apology from the chief because he had to give him a traffic ticket because he had a rookie with him. later on before court my dad went to him and got it droped. It depends on where you live some people not all jurisdictions are bad. I do live in NY in a very small town in the county with the third least arrest rates in NY 8 per 100,000 people in a year but it proves that decent cops do exist that actually have your best interests in mind and most are avid church goers and part of our community and live within walking distance of the station. I AM NOT VOUCHING FOR ALL COPS. there are more bad ones than good ones but you have to make the distinction not just kill them all that is utterly barbaric and people who think this way need to do some self searching because they are no better/worse than the very people they would like to see dead.

I have a question for the people that hate cops.. Who would you call if a family member got hurt, by a thug or so called bad guy? say your wife/girlfriend got jacked or god forbid raped. Or your child was taken? Who would you call? And dont try and get all john gotti and say you would take a baseball bat or a gun and kill the dood... Cos thats just played out in the movies.. I am just asking im not saying i love cops cos i have had my share of run ins with the po po. Like when i severely beat the cool guy outta a bouncer in a club, it took a coupla po po's to attempt to wrastle me down finally after they could not bzz bzzz bzz out came the tazer... Ok so where do you start when so called bad guy is gone?? After say he home invades while your at work or even 30 seconds from home? you going to google and find him, or just out of thin air sniff his scent and say ohh he is at burger king, Now he is in for it im going to john gotti his ass... Or wait are you going to find him via onstar? I forgot when people are in a panic they are all of a sudden blood hounds and now become the LAW!! great so you wouldnt call the cops if your child got taken? You would take care of the problem by yourself... Just what i expected some would say... peace n pufs..

and how often do cops find ppl alive so whats it matter. they have just as much info to the situation as me. it not like they find the guy who broke into my home because hes walking down the street with it. usually cause the police happen across it after some other incident. its all chance just a matter of how many eyes do you have.

also i never said i wouldnt call the cops. i would but i wouldnt expect anything to come of it. it like insurance you pay every month for something that you never see.

also if more ppl were like my self i think criminals would think twice before doin shit. they prey on the weak. ppl are weak because they have become reliant on false hope.

I dislike some cops and like others i coached a football team once yrs ago with a cop he was cool dood always told me of dui check points when we were going out to party back in the day.. He was a cop that wasnt a cop 24/7, the guys that remain cops even when they are off duty and would arrest their mom if they had a chance i cant stand.. you know the ones that wear the gloves? that was my point the more people looking the better yea? cops are in force yea they often dont find someone that is taken cos usually they are already dead..

my point was cops are necessary, as much as it pains me to say that but they are. Also you say its like insurance something you pay for but never see. Right but YOU need it right? It is comforting to know you have it or them the cops... was my point.. i have met maybe 3 or 4 police officers who arrested me and were cool about it, all of them SFPD. San Francisco has some pretty chill police officers.

but the second i step outside to another area i meet some straight dickhead cops. it seems most small town cops are thugs with badges.

i have met some cops that pissed me off so much with their thug attitude i really wanted to see them get shot the fuck up and left for dead like the POS they are...

Yup. Seattle PD is chill but anywhere else outside the city the cops will fuck you for any little thing. Small town pieces of shit have nothing better to do.

The most fearful thing is their ability to not police themselves, good ones not speaking out on bad ones, theyre all in on it together, its a conspiracy

Oh and not to mention they do it for money and funding, wheres the money gonna come from if there is no arrests? And dont get me started on the private prison system, its a billion$ a year industry . Do you think they want to see arrests decline? There is no fairness when money is to be made.
