They were growing IN THE BABIES ROOM!!!! Not in a basement, or a garage, or an attic, or a "secret" panic room - THE BABIES ROOM! For me, I have two seperate rents, one for my veg/ mothering house and another rent for my grow house. It doesn't matter about the additional costs, you pay to keep things as discreet as possible until the grey area lifts under State and Federal Laws concerning medical marijuana.

He was saying that if they have their note they can keep their plants.

That goes against what the "report" was leading up to and includes the last statement made by the TV interviewer. That last TV interviewer's question did not connect to the video it was connected with.

Seriously newbies think they are going to grow a pound in a closet without lights for example. Newbies sprout the seeds then ask what do I do now.

We need more information on what has gone down.

Maybe these people are silly trying to grow 24 seedlings but do they have a right to grow indoors if they are poor people.. I suggest their housing isn't top notch because of the placement of the AC unit.. That's a cheep way to do it rather than central air.

Sure we need to explain CAB growing to them.. They could have avoided this whole thing by being more stealthy but we shouldn't assist Law Enforcement to take away medical Cannabis for the poor. They have a right to grow even in smaller places.

So Do we really know what happened? No.. Making judgments on hype as fact is far worse.

I don't need to thank ASA for anything. A reasonable amount based on a doctor's recommendation has always been what any one person is legally allowed to possess.

imo...the really frightening thing here is not necessarily the cannabis involvement,
even though that is what the incident is touted as being about...but rather the
far ranging legal ramifications of the Governments effort at control of your child
and through your child into the control of you in your home.
et al...should they be successful in their attempt to mandate what is or is not allowed
to be around your child, it is very possible that ANY and ALL medications, or
recreational foods or beverages, including cannabis could be construed as being
'detrimental' to a childs health, education, or welfare...ie...the best interest of the
child, as stated by DFC. Should this be allowed, it is very probable that as a natural
or adoptive parent that you could find yourself under intense scrutiny such as
cameras in your home to monitor your behavior around said children AND such
items as having to take a test each time period to PROVE that you are a fit parent,
such items as weekly drug testing for the parents and children, mandated guidelines
on how to keep or run a home with a child involved.
One school of thought is such that in a Eugenics sense, this is the beginning of an effort
to illustrate by mandate just how much serious 'trouble' children are and how they
'overpopulate' our world. ie: a propoganda method aimed at reducing the birth rate.
Far fetched? not necessarily so when you consider the recent revelations of the USA
science czar Holdren as only one example of advocating mandated population
control through eugenics and possibly forced abortions, or chemicals in your food
and water to render all persons sterile.

Should 'they' be successful in this attempt to outlaw and mandate 'what is' and

Also we need to remember More children are killed with guns in the house each year than Cannabis. That's a fact.. We don't see anyone moving to make Guns illegal and putting parents in jail when they find one in the house.
