Fox news is far more fair and balanced in both their reporting and their commentary than any of the other news orgs. This is not only obvious when you watch all of the networks, but it was also verified by a formal study done on total content.

it makes sense to curb carbon emissions. How to do it is debatable.

heres an idea. make government subsidies paying for half of every families first childs upbringing and dish out the money electronically. Tax any second child had to make up for subsidizing the first child. when woman have had their second child they should have a mandatory operation to "fix" them so they cant have anymore children. this procedure needs to be optional but free. any third child conceived will bring with it a shitload of tax making it hard for the whole family to live unless they give the child up for adoption to another woman who currently has 0 or 1 child or maybe they're super rich and can afford it.

if this was put in place it would drastically reduce population numbers, no one would get hurt in the process unless parents start drowning their children in which case we can weed out the wacko's at the same time as getting some direct population reduction LOL. im a heartless MF but this shit has to be done ! when the population falls demand for all industrial goods will fall as well thereby decreasing carbon emissions directly. less industry needed for less people.
