have you read up on this swine flu and other flu types of the 70's and WHY they came about?

With nations and those wanting to make money they are able to generate income from the UPS AND DOWNS of economies of the world and NOT DUE TO destroying entire countries. It isn't simply nation versus nation because those who run the money have business in ALL countries and that has been proven many times over. Look at the un for instance.

I think it is cute to think that we are all doomed BUT to think that we will nuke each other is fucking STUPID and nothing more.

The swine flu is laughable, more people died from the VACCINE than the flu itself in the 70;s and guess where it came from, the money in the vaccine and nothing more.


Stop believing everything you read or THINK you know about and think about the overall issues. The MONEY as in "paper dollars" we THINK is worth something is what makes our economies go round. It is all in our imagination and nothing more. They need us worker bees to build the bombs, buy the ipods and kill each other on the front lines. If we don't have economic ups and downs then the stock market fucks won't make a profit and only see steady UPS. They need big skyrocketing ups and shaky downturns for the real cashflow.

There have been estimates, conducted by very partisan groups, that claim there may be upwards of 45K people uninsured in the US, but other studies claim it more in the number of 17-18,000 without insurance at all in the US.
And of those, NONE are refused care at ANY hospital.

Bringing up bullshit statistics is a classic example of the flailing and failing left...but it only works on dumbasses that accept your bullshit statistics.

Over 60% of the US is happy with the health care and the insurance program they have now.

The crisis is in the US Administration going to war with the insurance companies. When you see those sorts of things happening, the left has pulled out all the stops just to further their agenda.
They also went to war against FOx news, which is by far the most watched channel in the US. They are also the most fair and balanced (as their namesake suggests) of any of the networks. There was a study conducted at USC that proved FOX was the most non-biased news channel out there. Oh, and I can site that study if you aren't sharp enough to google.
But see, with the left it's all emotions and feelings. They leave their common sense at the door.

I wish some of you would go look at youtube for the guy who masquaraded as an official from the US Chamber Of Commerce this week. Called a full on news conference to state the CHambers position and that it had changed on the climate change issue.
Thing is, the real official from the Chamber showed up, and exposed the bullshit news conference at the National Press Club. Had he not, the hoax would have gotten out on the news as if it were real. Classic example of the left and their agenda overriding the truth.

I'm not going to pursue this debate any further because all political debates on the internet are ultimately pointless, especially on ICMag!

But if you genuinely are interested in learning a bit more about the world rather than just reinforcing your own world view then I really would suggest going to visit some developing countries first, talking to people who live there and reading a bit more history. I dont mean to sound patronising but it really might open your eyes mate.

Health care? Not better (more care for less cost) in Europe and Canada? Really... I'd love to hear a good argument for this.
I have lived in a number of European countries, and experienced their systems... I have even lived in a country in the developing (third) world where they had socialized medicine with a very small tax base and are neck in neck with the US in most statistical analyses that speak toward the quality of health care (some, i mentioned above) and the general health of the populace.

I don't think its a matter of intelligence, as you have suggested in your post. Rather than calling me or my ideas stupid (too smart by half, if i am not too slow to comprehend, is the same as calling me or my argument half-witted,) argue your opinion with data, evidence, ideas.

Just calling me stupid and the new deal a bad idea won't cut it. I'm interested to know the basis for your opinion that health care in Europe is not better (again, more care for less cost.) I'm also interested to know what about public education is a bad idea? Are you saying we should put it in private hands like the prison system? How would for-profit schooling work?

I am still waiting for somebody in this forum who shares your opinion (which I understand to be Captilism:Good, Soocialism:Bad) to actually back it up with a cogent argument that justifies it in such an absolute... You are not unique in your opinion nor in your inability to articulate a basis for me to embrace or reject it. Seriously... I am open to the possibility that capitalism is better than socialism... either in some ways or in the absolute. Now... make me a believer.

I live in socialism germany and I used to live in the U.S.
Germany is better to the people than the U.S. The government in german takes better care for the people.
America was great to live but the government are brutal to their people.
The way people have to make a living in the U.S. really shocked me. But I agree with you there is nothing perfect on both sides.
And I also met people in the U.S. they were very rich and honestly I have no symphathy for them at all. They think they are better and they showed it too. I think they were useless mf.
