i cant imagine this being the case as they are drastically diff in every facet...of course there is always the possibility of the 'one in a..' phenotype, but these two are just too diff. i love them both.

A very trusted and respected grower(my guru) told me that green crack(the cut he grew) was a selected pheno of Martian Mean Green. Can anyone confirm this? I have never had the chance to get my hands on MMG beans. If someone has grown both can they give their opinion?

Hey. I was wondering, do I really need a sulphur burner or do I just need to heat it so it smokes?

I picked up some sulphur so I was kinda wondering.

Thanks

Hey guys. What I'm doing now is I have a "Sterno" , canned heating fuel, with about 1/4 cup of sulpher in a thin pan.

its out back right now trying to see how well its gonna vaporize. If it works well im gonna just put it in the room and let her go. These cans are good for 2.5 hours so thats just about perfect for my needs!

i hope it works for you but it sounds kinds rinky dink, homie - i don;t think you'l get the heat/temps necessar to vaporize the sulpher.

if you don't have the $150 for the burner (best investment ever... burn in between crops and also 2 weeks deep and you won't have to battle pm) check out member PIRATE's threads - he did a step by step DIY burner tutorial.

a little tip i got is to lightly spray/mist the plants with water before burning the sulpher - this gives the vapor something to "stick" to on the plants.

good luck

ps: and you only need to use a little suplher - a couple of tablespoons for a couple of hours is all!

Said it before,,, shall say it again,,, t'is a STUPID name for a clone of Jack Herer (least we think that's what it was / is)...

The morons that call a clone of cannabis "crack" anything are dickheads (thats being polite),,, they give cannabis a bad name!! frigging idiots! Obviously a marketing name :wallbash:

Hope this helps

its a skunk#1/indica hybrid
i just started 6 rooted clones in dwc. too bad theres a fucking heat wave now.
i really dont give a shit what people call it. its herb. :nanana:

hey I think I may have used to much sulphur so I let it burn for about half hour and it all dissolved.

The sulphur is still lingering the room, so I just left it at that.

Should I put more sulphur on the pan and let it dissolve again??

glad its working or you.
you might do a nother treatment or 2 in a few days to be safe (i would).
i forgot to ask - did you turn off your fans and lights (i hope)?

fans and lights off. I figured I didnt wanna suck the sulphur right out of the room. Well, My exhaust fan is off, my regular fan is on...is that ok?? The fan is blowing air onto the plants.....I figured that would be a good thing.

Well now I know my answer. All my plants are fucked up. All the new growth on every single one is going in opposite directions as well as discoloring on a bunch.

Is this from way to much Sulphur OR from the fans blowing on the plants while the sulphur was vaporing.. regardless, everything looks like shit.

that sucks dude...

what kind of sulpher did you use/where did you get it?

My problem simply comes down to burning too much sulpher, too quickly.
The sulphur I used is Tiger-Sul 99.5 dry sulphur.

So,... ruined my crop.

dude wtf? ive seen minor damage from running the burner, but nothing even close to that.. That is seriously fucked up. My bad for sugesting the sulphur burner.... I honestly dont understand how it did that to youre plants...

It was a home-made sulfur burner with a "Sterno" canned cooking fuel to keep the pan hot. I didnt think it would burn it as quick as it did but, it did.

Its not your fault, I should have taken more pre-caution before jumping into things. I have a source for cuts while I mother out my GC's. I think i'm going to flower 32 chronics. I am broke at the moment and have a friend that is going to lend me a couple of bags of fox farm.

I think im gonna run 32 in 2 gallons, 64 / 7.5 - 6 bags of fox farm. Flower them almost immediately and by then i will have enough GC cuts to fill up my new larger floor space.

Im just hoping the Chronic is good quality. I heard its a great indica (which I like) and the person i'm getting them from has only selected the best phenos (been running it for awhile),, but I still have never seen the finished product.

Anyways, I was so damn bummed for the past 3 hours 18 minutes, but i'll slowly get over it and start over.
