cut a bit early but yummy
Apothecary Dude was running all around AMS two Cups ago, all hostile, with a decent outdoor nug or two of GRAPE APE in tow. Claiming it was the same as Purple Erkle.
I grow the original PE Cut, and it is not the same. Some asked him to please stop spreading misinformation, and he schloofed 'dem off, saying "Same, Same..."
After he played with it, it may have become "Same-Same..>!" lol
But it's not.
No worries.... The Seed biz/Med Clone naming bizness is only slightly corrupted, anyways.... Who knows what all these Purples are anymore..? haha...
The "Grow 'em and you'll know 'em" Theory seems to be the way many seed co.s/Breeders are going. 'Cause many ain't gonna tell you what really goes into the bean..... If they even know...

I have been growing for about 13 years now and have never
come across grape ape seeds until about a year ago,My friend
was finishing up his crop and had some seeds left over and offered them
to me seeing how my crop was about done and he needed a place 2 stay, so for some hindu kush, grape ape ,hash plant and a few mystery seeds and all the dam erb i could medicate on for the 3 weeks he was there I let him stay ,he was gone by the time i planted the seeds but they were all killer, bummer i only got 1 grape ape seed out of the mix so i took extra care of it and and watched it turn into a male, i had it on 18 on 6 off
it was about 30 days old when it showd its sex, it was almost black by the time his pollon was ready, it was a shame it was a male but i was smart enough to freeze some of the pollen and spread some on my hindu kush ,
witch i took pics of but 4 some reason have none of the grape ape male ?
but i have just started 8 of those seeds aswell as some bubba kush
and some white widow cant wait to see what the grape ape x hindu kush seeds turn out like, they are only 3 days old but will post pics soon !

I WAS WONDERING IF THE 1ST LIGHT WILL TAKE A MH BULB OR EITHER

2 weeks old today got a few more lights 2 soft white 20 watts = 75 watts 1280
lumens and 2 bright white 26 watt = 100 1700 lumens ,so wow i guess ha 350watts and
5960 lumens but kinda want to know if i can toss a mh bulb in my hps setup it seems to make me think so by the sticker in the post above ????

I grew the Ape for about 6 or 7 cycles. I wasn't impressed with it. The taste was amazing. The smell was even better. The bag appeal was great. The yield sucked. It was leafy as hell. The high was an "up" high that wasn't that strong and seemed to wear off rather quickly. I used to grow that and LA Confidential at the same time, and I'd move a half pound of LAC before i moved a quarter ounce of the Ape. That having been said, if I were to grow it outside of CA, I bet I could fetch top dollar for it.
I don't know if anyone has seeds for that, do they? I was under the impression that it was clone only, but I could be wrong. Produces gorgeous plants, that's for sure.

romy, I don't see much resin on the fly-trap. You will need to adjust your feed.
