"Potted chicken" which merely means chicken simmered in lipton onion soup mix then mixed in with rich although I didn't feel like rice so I had flat noodles instead. Chick chick chicken. Yeah

New York Strip steak.. Tried to cook it rare, but it came out medium. My latest blood work showed my LDL 2 points high, which isn't much I know, but thought it strange considering I don't eat butter or very much red/fatty meat. Might eat beef once a week at most.

snacking on Panda brand (from Finland) black licorice.
in a similar idea to Germany’s reinheitsgebot regarding beer,
Panda uses only four ingredients in their black licorice-
licorice root extract, wheat flour, molasses and aniseed oil.
