Hey Mr Brain that Fruit Stripe bud looks awesome, all chunky and blown up :D Great updates in here, wish I could sample it with ya!

That border is awfully tricky. But with a little luck and some work, I'll have seeds to share someday - and not too far in the future. I'm hoping to sift for F99 males and more Lemon girls for the pool late this fall.

gorgeous plants man! a+

Thanks, P. But if mine are A+, what are yours? :tiphat:

Beautiful bud porn bro...

Thanks, Benji. I got some more!

Here's the F, which came down today @ 55. I wanted to take her 60, but she seemed well and done. If you look back through the thread I took her at 54 the first couple of times I grew her, so it's not a shock. That helps explain the speed of F99, eh?

And the FSG, also taken today @ 53. Plenty of amber to my eyes, in fact I may only go 50 on the next one. This one had a much different structure than the last one. The last one looked a lot more like the F pictured above, with the plump fingers of bud...

I think the difference is the light - the old, dimmer bulb produced the finger-like buds on both the FSG seedplant and the F. The new tent kicked out the FSG which this time looks just like the other Lemon pheno, which was grown in the new tent. (did that make sense?)

The bulb is 12 months old this week, so it's going to be replaced very soon.

Very nice, madback... you've got 3x the number of girls to choose from that I did. ;) I do see a couple of things I recognize. The 2nd one is spindly, longish-noded with a thin stem? That's definitely something mine features. The 3rd one you pictured shows the fan leaf with 5 blades, the smallest two of which are perpendicular to the leaf stem - mine has that pattern. The first one has the thinnest leaf blades? Mine are way thin.

I'm interested to see how they turn out. I have 17 more beans, I think I'm going to start the last 5 from the first pack on my next run. I almost did it this time, but I decided to finish out the Wonder Haze instead.

Speaking of that... we have new life!

5/5 Happy Brother are up,
1/2 Flounderella - my old DP Flo fathered by the same C99 as F99 - is up (the other is coming,) and
4/5 Wonder Haze showed tails in the soak (They're a little slower than the other 2.)

Edit: 12/12! Huzzah.

Thanks, RM and Sayan. The plants do all the work... :smoke:

I've taken a few more rounds of photos as things have come down, but it's been a deadline-filled week again. I'm finally able to post, so here we go with a picture explosion!

First, the Grapefruit Jam in the #2 smartpot came down. She gave me a whopping 52g! That's a new personal best, 10g more than the previous one. (Mirre)

The other one to meet the axe this week was the low-odor F99. Since this is the last of her, I lavished some attention and took a lot of photos. She really looks so good... I'll miss her. Let's hope I can find her again.

Thanks, guys. :tiphat:

I lost her against my will - I took a clone which rotted off at the 'soil' line before it rooted. That said, she's truly a case of form over function. She really looks like a superstar, but she doesn't have any flavor and her stone is neither better nor more potent than the lemon phenos.

I have more pics, I shot much of the stuff in the tents last night. I'll get them up tonight.

So here's the White Widow, which came down at 60 this time:

And a couple shots of the Fruit Punch F99. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do with her... I just can't get past the smell, but I fear she too is not as good as the lemon phenos. Sure is frosty, though - and check the length on those trichs!

Awful indeed. Anyone still in here? I know I've been MIA lately but work schedule + summer has forced me to eliminate IC from my daily routine. Nevertheless, the garden grows on - still lovingly tended - and I have not forgotten you! While I am probably going to be scarce until the fall, I do have some tokens of goodwill:

F99 (Lemon pheno, one of the two I've kept)

This is a couple days from the end, and she came out as well as ever. This is the one which yielded poorly in the first round... I got her a lot closer to her sister the second time around but she's still the lightest of the batch.

In addition, I have 2 Flounderella fems, 2 Wonder Haze fems and 3 Happy Brother fems from the last run. It seems my male woes are behind me? That's 7/12. They've all been flipped save the Happy Brothers (them bitches is slow, two of them have only just declared gender in the last 48 hours) but there are no flowers yet. I'll get them in the mix when there are.

'Alphabet Soup' breeding project is about to start - the SSSDH pollen is in the fridge and the F mother is just about done stretching.

Until next time... :tiphat:

 Great pics as usual, good luck with the frozen pollen SB!

Thanks, Che. I still have the dad if it fails, but I hope it works. I'll try until it does, I have a feeling that's going to be a spectacular combination....

Good to see you still in here, OB. :tiphat: Personally, I think the lemon phenos look just as good as the really frost one... maybe not as resinous (slightly) but a more interesting flower structure to be sure. And now that I have a handle on her, I can get the FSG to purple up like that. Not that it matters, but it's evidently in the genes.

Here's some shots of one of the Flounderellas... this one is a Flo-leaner for sure, not only has she self-topped but there's leaf twist and variegation! And she smells gooooooood.

hi SB, all looking great!

i wanted to pick your brains on the UV supplementation.. i have a couple of t5 24w reptile tubes for my cab. im wondering if you notice a stronger reaction to the UV in buds that are closer to your lights or does it seem to be pretty similar throughout the plant.
i ask this for practical reasons for my grow (wondering if i should try and move the tubes from time to time...
and also because i started a thread in the breeders section about new findings on plant's response to light
https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=181491
cheers
