Pretty sure HLG makes a B spec.....unless they have discontinued it.
but then i would be missing out on the far red and ir...
it's not like i have any actual test results to show the extra blue and red really helps anything, but from what i see and smoke tells me they're on to something...

like i say...farming is just gambling based on plants...
you gotta know when to hold 'em,know when to fold 'em....etc....
Oh shoot, we're you talking about the 320 over seedlings Hammer? Think I cut mine to 50% and was still 3 feet away from young plants. The ones I mentioned, that got bleached at 18", we're 3 feet tall and in full flower.
I'd put my money on par stress. What heatsink did you use, the 2 or 3 board?
I use the 3 board heatsinks with 2 boards and inventronics 320 watt drivers. My par meter reads on average 800 24" under my 320 watt fixtures. I don't dim them but will run em at 3' above smaller plants. I start the plants under sabers running at 100 watts each about 6" apart and 2' above the canopy.
Don't show results to anyone. I was the first to build a 600 rspec. Now they are for sale lolMy main tent had 2 315 cmh and the HLG 320 in the center of the tent. Both 315 where on a 18/6 schedule. HLG 320 would stay on for 6 hrs while the others were off. I had the 320 6' above the plants. I did this because some of my A5hbx out crosses would start flowering under 18/6. I had to keep a light on for that 6hr off time. I noticed all the plants in the center where not doing well. It started when I changed the schedule to have the led 320 on and the CMH off.
Im using the 3 board. I have 3 boards lol. Im using the same thing that would be included in HLG 320 kit. Only difference is I added 1 4k board. No clue what the spectrum is with this custom config.
