All I know is Daniel Murphy is hitting his way into a contract the mets can't afford.
Not that they ever considered resigning him with the young phenomenon Dilson Herrera waiting in the wings for next season.
He's going to cash in like Beltran did after his monster October in 04.

Murphy just mowed thru every pitcher considered for the NL Cy Young this year.

Not that Lester is a slouch.
I've been watching murph since he came up, I've never seen him so locked in.
The Cubs walked him in the 3rd to get to Cespedes.
Ces can hit the moon, but they feared Murphy more, lol.

Mets dominated, but the Cubs are looking good in the future.
I'm sure we will see each other again very soon in the playoffs.

Getting only one run in with the bases loaded and 0 outs was their downfall.
It was a learning experience for them.
