I like him . Hes taken the time to answer my pm's help me out with great info and advice . All free of charge . I asked him befor he won the ty 1st place for seeds and he stayed loyal to the site and not selling them directly from this site . He might not have an approach that pleases everyone but the old adage is : Try and please everyone and you will please no one .

I reached out to med man and he was super helpful so i think hes great.
Green supreme had been a big help to me with getting a successful interview with a compassionate dr free of charge . So i think gs is also great
Yet gs and med-man dont seem to get along for what ever reason and i dont really care .

I'm going to say there seems to be a lot of misinformation about who is doing what and how.. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that most ppl that have a large grow op don't want competition, they look at that as a threat ,, So I don't think I would listen to anyone but the real ppl that set this shit in motion and that would be HC or the Fire dept. etc.

I didn't know that PPS could change the amount of THC in their product I'm very glad to hear they can do what they want and make it better because it really couldn't get any worse lol headband 707

Here is the problem with the system....
Most people who smoke pot legally have connections that can get them great pot at better prices than the dispensaries currently offer.
Who buys by the gram...seriously..I smoke 6-7g a day on workdays, 10 on the weekends....Like I am going to spend 100 bucks a day...lol
Why would I when I can go visit buddy and get a QP for 600 of some fine organic homegrown..
Between that and outdoor season (good for cutting with the AAA)...
I just don't see it working

I personally don't find the regs to be that outlandish at all.
Security, QC product control physically speaking and labeling, all pretty much precautions, and steps/systems I'd expect anyone who actually expects to be taken seriously as legitimate to have in place even without the gov. making them mandatory.
It's a huge part of why nobody can take any of the clubs seriously, especially when they're sitting aorund crying n whining about not wanting to act in a legitimate manor now and follow the regs set out.
It's more about thier overhead as alot of them seem to think the major difference between them and the street dealers all over the place is the fact that they have overhead costs like a brick n mortar adress.lol
Now they're the oness with less overhead, and no grey area to bail them out, it shines a big bright light on what things realy are with the comecashin all the comcashinit clubs dole out.
Fact is the prices the gov estimated might take place isn't any worse than most and is in fact better than many of them right now while they're not paying squat of the overhead the legit producers will have to cover.
That's the entertaining part.
On a more serious note though, I personally think this is HC placing the final nail in prohibition wheather they know it or not cause not all the licensed parties aren't neccesarily going to be "suppliers" to patients directly or even indirectly.
This is going to open the door to the same legitimate research that'll prove there's no reason at all any adult shouldn't be able to use cannabis when it's less dangerous than both alch. or tobacco.
It'll offer oppertunities to get the research that needs to be done to prove medical efficacy and in turn earn either a DIN or NPN so that hopefully those in most need can eventually get coverage for costs for the meds they need.
It'll force doc's to pull thier heads out of thier asses, and best of all offer the clearance for research into actual curing of ailments and proving it once and for all.
Clinical trials for numerous ailments, etc. etc. they've just failed to propperly predict what exactly it is they're unleashing as of yet is all.
This is all aside of what the courts are going to kill n rape from thier mmpr also so it's not all as bad as many of the chicken littling club owners n lawyers looking to get rich off the sick n dying would have us believe imho.

Well, I still don't see it working at that price point.
Even with the new mandatory minimum's, etc. etc. there are still tonnes of guys out there pumping out the "illegal" meds without licenses.
The hook is...If you want to smoke legally you need to get a script from your DR. and register with the new "dispensary" model...
Catch 22...Though it doesn't mean I have to place an order every month, just have the script..

Just because you have a prescription doesn't mean you're going to be able to smoke it anytime you want. Just like other drugs there will be warnings especially when it comes to using machinery, tools and vehicles. No employer will let you work while high if it jeopardizes people lives.
Think you're gonna be able to smoke you're medicine while doing construction work? LOL...
Almost all of the iron worker i know have a drug issue, or come back home with one if they did not when they left.
Drugs like cocaine are out of the system so fast....drug tests rarely catch it.....
A warning is just that a warning, mostly if you are not accustom to the drug.
I had the Rcmp pull me over one time, i smelled like weed.But had no weed. Just my script for opiates i have used for 7 years, which does not stomp me like it did the first couple months when i started taking them. The rcmp try'd to tell me it was illegal to drive on opiates. I laughed at her it says warning careful when operating heavy machines or driving. Not It is against the law to operate machinery and drive on these pills. She kept saying she was a drug expert, then they tore my truck apart found nothing but some bramble leaves on the floor of the truck and says look at all the weed in here.Laugh again it is leaves look at them lol drug expert. So she lets me go no charges tickets nothing. Moral of the story cops lie. drug are good. people with power are fucking funny when they get pumped and are WRONG.
I have had employers who would not mind if you are on meds, as long as you do your job and they can see you are ok. Big companies maybe much different, personal relationships are important.

If your job doesn't involve having stringent safety requirements then I'd imagine with a prescription the employer wont mind but there are tons of jobs where if I was the owner I wouldn't let people smoke/eat weed on the job.

Well, you cant loose your job if your doctor prescribes a certain medication to you. Your employer would have to make certain arrangements to accommodate your medical needs. Otherwise you could sue for a number of reasons.
However, you have to inform potential employers of the drugs that you are prescribed and they have every reason to decline your application if they feel that you would be unfit for the job.
I would imagine that there would be no smoking outside your property or a licensed "club/dispensary" once the new program goes into effect.
