I prefer to not be optomistic when it comes to the steelers......Yea the D is playing pretty good all things considered and doing it without Troy.....The o line just flat out suck..all they have is Pouncey........thats it........they have all been unrestriced free agents and have never even had a offer from another team.....So they sign the Steeler low ball offers just to have jobs they don't deserve.Wille Colon, Max Starks,Ramon Foster, all 3 are the very worst in the league at their positions and they are all veterns..Mike Adams is a bust....just another fat idiot who can not play in the nfl.....Marcus Gilbert who was Pounceys teammate in college is making Pouncey look Bad cause hes the guy that asked for him to be drafted last year.....The rb's are all good runners but they are cocky and loose with the ball.........Ben himself covers most of this up cause he's just a stud he's that good.......but now he's hurt and it's Tomlins fault for being too arrogant to pick up some free agent o lineman opting instead to carry the dead weight they line up.....I'm sticking to what I said earlier......I will be shocked if they get another win this season..

Ill be shocked if they dont get another win, if Ben plays the rest of the way.
Lots of teams have had OL issues for years, including the Bears. Elite defensive ends have career days against the bears left tackles.
It's always puzzling when a defender is right in front of a lineman and the lineman looks away and lets the defender run right past him. But I guess thats the trouble with linemen helping each other out; it really takes a cohesive unit to avoid missed assignments like that, and with how rough this game is, it's not the norm to have the same 5 starters every game.

Ben's not going to play the media is just being the ignorant liars they are....The injury was pretty serious,Doctors told him he could die if he gets hit because the ribs are not strong enough, said they would pop out of place and puncture his aorata....When Tomlin was asked if Ben would return this season he answerd with next question. How bad could Hoyer be certainly not as bad as Batch looked today..But look at the teams that beat the steelers.......okland, clevland, Tenn,KC should have beat them.......Denver blew them out and the Ravens played the worst they have all year and won. That paints a picture and shows a pattern....We got 6 wins all because of Ben alone......I expected 3 so the season is allready a w for me.I've been a fan for over 40 years I know when a team is resting on their laurels.....they have been playing on borrowed time for 2 years now and I'm sick of it....Tomlin better get it together and quick his arrogance is un becoming for the steeler franchise......He gets no credit for going to 2 super bowls with a Team that Cower built around here....So far the only good decision he's made was to draft Pouncey in the 1st round.Cower went to the playoffs consistently with Tommy Maddox and Kordell Stewart at qb and wouldn't stand for the crap that Tomlin puts on the field guys would be benched or cut and replaced with guys that can actually earn their paychecks..Tomlin needs to get his nose out of the pile of cocaine cause a shit storm is coming and he can't even smell it.

So it appears that Fireman Ed is gonna Q-U-I-T

this year he's wearing a #6 Sanchez jersey and has been taking increasing abuse from the in-attendance fan base. Ed will attend games in normal clothes and no fireman's hats.......

Peyton Manning for MVP

He looked rough at the start of the game.
The whole team looked like they had a hangover.

Still took care of business.

The rest of the schedual looks easy; that's bad. If the team slacks off for a month, it may be a short play-off run.

Elway for president.

That catch and run by Ray Rice was so clutch.... Baltimore is 9-2.. very low pro 9-2

Doesnt Ray Rice look like Dr. Dre :)

Doug Martin rookie of the Year ... 1300 yards of offense already

Giants definitely got back on track Sunday night. As a Bears fan, glad to see the Packers still one game behind. I'm hopeful for Dec 9 when they meet in Chicago...

Homer, I'm not doubting there is probably an overall averaging of talent across the 'non-skill' positions on the Steelers over the past couple years, leading to a mediocre W-L record and almost no chance of winning without Ben behind center. The Bears seem to become an average team without Cutler under center, and he's not even an elite qb. Maybe this league is so qb-dependent that the best teams either have mostly healthy qb's or good backups.

I thought Fireman Ed was wearing a Tebow jersey?
Although i understand the vitriole heaped on anyone who supports Sanchez. Guy is strictly backup material at this point. Can the Jets trade up to draft Barkley? Another Hollywood QB? Lol...

I actually tried to trade for Peyton early in the season, when he had some up and down games, but dude wouldnt go for it. Smart move by him, Peyton is all the way back, looks like. Best QB of my generation, a shade better than Brady imo. Could Brady switch franchises now and still tear up the league? Maybe, maybe not. Peyton did.

The Niners are playing well. In Kaepernick, have they found their Young, their Montana? The one who can lead them to championship(s)? Brady won 3 by his 6th year in the league, so youth is not a detriment to winning titles...

Pretty upset with jim harbaugh's decision to go with kaepernick... My gut is telling me he will have at least 2 ints vs rams, and will set up either a TE or wideout up to catch a big hit across the middle. He's too careless if not for the moss PI and two pick 6's we would have lost to new orleans without a doubt in my mind. Trys to force plays into tight double coverage etc. I know he's athletic and has a cannon but he had trouble getting some snaps off in time due to late audibles etc...harbaugh might have made a big mistake although I realize we have a slight lead in the division so now would be the best time to try things out, but unless kap is perfect in st louis I'll keep sittin here pushin for alex! Too good this season to be on the bench imho.

Amendoela is active, and if chris long gets his paws on kap he's gonna get shaken up...with the turnovers that I'm thinking will happen compiled withthe akers slump we are in a perfect position to lose by 3+ on the road. Kap had an average game at best once he took over for smith the last time these teams met and stale-mated, - hate to bet against my team, but I calls em like I see's em.

It really appears as is kap still completely idolizes moss and really try's to force plays on him, one pick will come from this type of play. I believe the 9ers recent sucess is by virtue of the TEAM and this is exactly the type of thing that can have an adverse effect on that, veteran players especially can't be too happy with JH's decision to bench aguy tha is 20-5-1 w/ a 70.0% completion %, 3rd highest rating in the nfl, coming off a nearly perfect game before the concussion...the "hot hand" is pure speculation. Kap did good vs. Chi, but our D beat the saints. If this experiment isn't over soon there is no way were bringing home #6.

Gore is getting nice lanes to run through with Kaep at QB... That Pass to Gore for a TD was Franks first Reception for a TD since 2010... Gore has some of the best hands for a RB in the game today... he averaged 50+ receptions for years... on top of 1000+ yard seasons

Alex doesnt utilize his players true skills and talents as well as Collin... I can tell right away...Gore looks much better under him .. Back to Back 20 Points games in Fantasy also off that bat makes him superior to Alex :)
