GH ...IS....smart enough to touch me. They touch me every month when they fly. I schedule harvests, plantings, plant count, everything around them...they "touch" me constantly....jeez...that sounds bad.
The cops don't like the idea of MMJ. The'd like to pull it all...but they can't. The large majority of Maui cops are not Nazis. They are just doing their job...a job they don't care for. Fortunately for me, that isn't personal.

Another week slips away from the summer that never was. We're getting toward the home strech. Out in the garden, I took the last of my breeding mistakes. The plant below the big one...kinda in her shadow...she never came together.

We've got six clones ready to harvest. Weather had been so nice I'm kinda reluctant to give these the yank. My buddies that fly the Green Harvest choppers haven't made an appearance yet. So these'll sit until I get the GH call, it rains, or Labor Day...whichever comes first.
The HP-13 and Pink are getting the boot. In order to simplify the process I'm only going to only grow six strains. They are...in no particular order...and subject to my whims....may change as we try new and exciting strains.
1) Skunkdog
2) Chem D
3) Alien Dog
4) Webb
5) Sourdouble
6) Valley OG
Festivus turned me on to some House of Love gear. When I get adventursome...is that a real word??? we'll start fuckin with those. Maybe over Xmas when the damn Green Harvest buzzards don't fly.

Waiting for the ground and the next wave we have four Alien Dog plants. When the ready clones get pulled we pull the spent dirt out of the planters, lay in new dirt and replant....all in the same motion.
You guys see that moon last night? We call that the rippers moon. This part of the season rips are always in the back of your mind. Big plants are a bitch to swipe. Small ones?...not so much. I've got the mob outside each night now. The puppies are starting to grow some mean teeth...but the're young...I doubt the'd be able to put a hurt on anyone...yet...but nobody but you and me need to know that. Next year I'll have my pack back.
The big Jack plant has yet to seriously bud. She's gonna take forever. I was gonna put a pic of her up...but she looks just like the last pic a page back....only a little bigger. So instead let me finish with what else?

Does the skunkdawg work from clone out doors there? Have you found any varietal that do? If you stay in your numbers can green harvest come through your spot still? What are the exact rules? Are there any or is it as vague as its here?

Anyone ever see a film called "layer cake"? At the start guy has a monologue about being a professional and I quote "never underestimate the law it is only very stupid people who believe the law is stupid".
You should all get that movie it's a classic, in fact here; that's a stream not a download OH so even with your web speed you should be able to watch if you give it a half hour headstart, just hit play and then pause the video assuming your interested.

The 2 Col Gold X Chem Dawg OG I got from Gage Green Gen I stsrted 4-20 and got 10 ft and will be done in a week now the question will the seeds I make grow the same or will they grow longer into the season? Lucky for me good buds no hermie and little mold on 2in tight buds. Also want to say thanks for showing your grow it helped me. It is still raining but sunny afternoons. Thanks

Depends a lot on the stability of the cross. F1's are flaky and seeds can take either parents traits. Some will take after mom, some after dad, most will have a variety of traits from both parents.
Selective back-breeding or re-crossing (with one of the parents) will guide the genes whichever way the breeder chooses. (if it all works according to plan)
If your seeds are from a reliable supplier to the seed-house, YOUR seed run should be producing the same plant characteristics as the ones you bought. Very little (if any) varriation.
OK...let's start from the top...
Veg...The six strains I'm running all do quite well here...so far. Have yet to take them thru winter and the rain that usually comes with it.
The days here in summer only are 13 and a half hours long so any plant that comes out of the lightroom goes immediatly into flower.
Rusty was right....much of the Green Harvest stuff was covered earlier. Long story short...they can do anything they want to...they have guns. I have dogs...their guns trump my dogs...Bummer Huh?

The boys down at the coffee shop think the skunkdog is better than their ....sounds like they call it Evie. They don't know where it comes from...and are digging into the guy that I know (and knows how to keep his mouth shut) for a cut.
Fuck that...ain't gonna happen.
Wait until they try the Alien Dog....won't get a cut of that either.
They are where I was a few years back...the reality that their weed is no longer the best is killing 'em...

The seeds came. Three were handled the usual way....crushed. Two were O.K. Planted the two...Jeebus was with me...One boy, one girl.
You know the mechanics... It worked...made a ton of seeds.

Do they acclimate? Yes. I think so. But it is a long process...many generations....and the weed world changes so fast. I aclimated White Widow...but by the time I was done it was passe...yesterdays news.
So why bother? If it ain't broke don't fix it.
Nameless...TY...what we lost on quanity we made up for in quality. Instead of one giant harvest we'll have a few decent harvests and lots of little harvests....I'm not complaining. This is a lot easier.
Grey...you run a hotel? Any long lost relatives NOT visit you? One of the things you get used to when you live here...get a pile of dogs and tell them you'd love to have them come over but the dogs may bite them....that works for me.

Around here, (Nevada) if your strains are found to be 'better'...your techniques are bashed and your strains flamed. As the feds tighten local access, more and more clone suppliers here are popping-up, screwing patients already suffering from Access Deficit Syndrome. Sucks finding a clone supplier, and it's more like a crack deal than a medical transaction...and the clones are often fried or infested.
Even if a "famous favorite" I'd consider re-naming it. Then...there's no expectations to foster future discontent or resentment, lol. (does a strain name alone, offer a quazi placebo effect?)
Word is, feds are starting to look deeper into prescription abuse and going after those writing the prescriptions. (local phenomenon, perhaps) Doctor's willing to work with MMJ patients are getting harder to find here. You can get all the Oxy's you could ever want unquestioned. But MMJ brings-out the feds.

I think you'll like the aliendog, I just finished my aliendog x strawberry diesels from ghostnugz. it was what everyone wanted from the 4/20 seedbay drop, now I know why everyone was feinin for it. The plants grew very nice and this stuffs so tastey I can't keep myself away from it, good thing it packs a punch or i'd be puffin on it all day. strong but very very smooth even for well cured organic. I got cuttings of the 4 and 2 are worthy keepers.
Did you guys order your aliendog online? Or did you have it gifted by a friend?
