thats why I love cannabis so much...its the only vice you can grow yourself and there by have the possibility to completely eliminate any and all middle men...love it

Almost anyone can do it with a small patch of earth , most all herbs in general add to the flavor of foods and fun to grow ! Lot of peeps in the inner city prolly find at least the smallest true mystical connection to Mama Earth thru using MJ too...though they haven't a prayer of finding the space to ever grow it themselves .

That's a huge deal really , for time after time there's stories of setting up inner city urban gardens in vacant properties & it really calms the area & adds alot to morale . People & kids need this natural connection badly in their daily lives ...& pot is generally taking over as kids first choice over alcohol .
( and what next , they start eating better more healthy foods too ?! )

They should be ecstatic about this ...just work it out openly with them
(and drop that pot is a gateway drug cr@p.).

Well on April 5 my county the largest county in the USA will be approving an ordnance that states you will not be able to grow outside MMJ only in a solid wall and roofed greenhouse.
Hopefully before April 5 the legal eagles in the Medical Marijuana moment will be able to file some sorta motion to stop these ludicrous laws my county is trying to get away with.

And soooo cool and funny...I hate migraines but I've always been thankful that if I've got to suffer thru something it was something that isn't potentially deadly, like cancer. Migraines make me cry and be really sick, but even in the middle of one I'm thankful, not cranky. I could've been dealt a worse hand. Instead of dying, I just have to figure out how to keep a job, get all my groceries and chores done and see my friends and family while spending an inordinate amount of time in bed. It's not fun....but it could always be worse and I'm smart enough to realize that. Now, go on and laugh.... you're perfect enough you can laugh at others, right?

I would love to see one of them go through a migraine so bad it causes them to vomit. You can't really know what a migraine feels like until you have one yourself.

Comparing a headache to a migraine is like comparing popping a zit to child birth.

I get migraines also .... but the last thing I do when I have one is puff. MJ works for a lot of things ... but migraines isnt one of them for me .... when i get a migraine I just hope i can sleep it off cause ill be down till its gone.

Hypertension: that should be obvious.
Colorblindness: i'm no doctor but Cannabis has been shown to have affects on the eyes ie glaucoma.

If you think the therapeutic values of cannabis should only afforded to the extremely and/or terminally ill... then you are on the wrong team buddy.

The real advantage of growing your own is you know what you are getting. When you buy weed off of the street you have no idea what that shit has been through. Same as ketchup, sausage and apples.

I just love how blatant the fascist prohibitionists are when it comes to the manner in which they justify their "crackdown on gangster cannabis drug dealers". They are quite happy to quote the DEA regarding "Medical Marijuana isn't medicine, it's an excuse to engage in illicit drug activity". And then proceed to crush established State Law through the use of illegal raids & confiscation of property, and draconian tax, zoning, & regulatory measures through municipal and county executive boards.

I wonder to what extent the DEA and the Obama regime are pressuring these executive boards to engage in the circumvention of established State Laws? Or is this being instigated by the Mexican drug cartels? It isn't as if the cartels aren't awash in piles of cash to bribe American politicians.

I'm pretty sure that the legal eagles that wrote Prop 215 and SB 420 never anticipated this level of push-back by the fascistic prohibitionists. Is the only thing we CA cannabis consumers will be left with is SB 1449, which merely decriminalizes small quantities of our herb, purchased once again only through street dealers?

I know you don't mean to point the finger at anyone specifically, but I have a MMJ prescription for the anxiety caused by mild aspergers. my sister has OCD and my other has ADHD.if you ask me theyre all the same shit, just different fancy names. and yes, it sucks.

if it werent for MMJ we'd all be popping rittalin, xanax and probably snorting cocaine here and there to give us some feelings of hope. I was addicted to klonazepam for 3 years and it SUCKED. MMJ actually lets me be a productive member of society. I now hold an 8-7 job on weekdays and volunteer on weekends.

I am a bit ocd.. and. I have never seen an ocd person act like that kid.. usually in people it doesn't show that much, and ocd people can usually function very well in society, they are usually very productive people,

Marijuana when smoked causes the same plaguing of the arteries that cigarette smoking does. Most users smoke considerably less, but smoking is such a massive contributor to HBP. Unless you're strictly eating marijuana, I can't imagine whatever medically undocumented benefits you gain from marijuana out paces the damage you do to yourself by smoking it.

everyone has a little bit of add or ocd, but what makes a clinical diagnosis is an excess of these symptoms. aka, symptoms so bad that yoga or mediation probably can't fix quickly (maybe over the course of ten years or so).

Monk is a good show that has a character with bad OCD. he goes on and off of medication all the time, just like my siblings.

and i was exaggerating about the cocaine haha. but rittalin is almost just as bad, its also a stimulant. I have friends who took rittalin for years and when they tried coke they said it gave them relief just like the rittalin did.
