I've had this problem before I was ever growing my own.

I don't run out of weed. When I had to buy it, I bought it on a regular basis. Some of my friends would come over and I'd smoke with them because I wanted to smoke. But I'd have to smoke 3x-4x more when someone else is there than I would on my own, so I'd spend a lot of money.

These same friends would show up and drink a beer without ever trying to pass it to me. One of them got pissed that I'd always bum a cigarette from him. (After smoking $10-20 worth of my herb, I can't have ONE of your $6 pack of cigarettes?)

I made some Green Dragon and wanted to share it with a couple of friends. One of my friends said "can I bring my buddy?" and I wanted to be cool, so I said yes. They all got to try it.

Then the "buddy" up and calls his girlfriend and HER friends and tells them "they have to try it!" without even asking me if it was ok. That was the end of that.

Eventually, I stopped hanging out with all of those people.

Now I smoke when I want to, and not when I don't.

Gets to the point that if I go to a party, I smoke my own in the car on the way there and then if i want to smoke again, grab a few select people and take them somewhere private to smoke. I'm not smoking out a roomful of people who keep their own bags in their pockets.

Still, once a month isn't exactly all the time. If it was on a daily basis I could see your point. I've always been generous with my friends if I can be.

Don't think of yourself as stingy you're being self-reliant. I smoke alone and don't allow anyone to come over to blaze anymore and I'm much happier.

I want to have a million dollars but I'm not gonna ask a multi-millionaire to give me a measly milllion bucks and then get mad at him because he refuses....same thing!

yeah, if the guy comes by once a month and pays that amount for the weed.. no matter what the "going rate" is in your area. He is not a mooch, a mooch comes by all the time and never has anything or even trys to contribute in any way, you should be thankful that you get that much for it.

LOL @ the idea that someone slinging for you is some kind of hero risking himself for you. Nope. You're contracting out some of YOUR risk to him, and he's making a profit on it. I guess it depends on what ppl are paying though. But I have a proxy too and at the prices he gets on either end no way in hell is he in any position to dictate to me. He's the replaceable one, not me. I could find another guy, replace him, no way in hell he's got anyone to replace me with.

The risk of making a couple of trips is nothing compared to having it in your home 24/7. Not even close.

Yeah, see, that's different. Prices are higher where I am, some of the highest in the country, and I'm charging a LOT less than that. My guy is charging HIS guys a lot less than that. Then again, nothing sells for 600 around here.

If I was digging into my guy for 3-400 I'd get him high as a kite every time no complaints.

Back where I am originally from my old high school buddies pay $400 or up for an oz of turd weed. It kinda looks like Cali brick. Their dealer is supposedly their friend and if he has something semi decent he'll charge a little extra. I'm hearing $65-70 an 1/8 and $420-460 an oz. This is same guy that claims hes smoked weed with over 30% thc. I guess he must have taken it to the local lab to double check those percentages...lolol. Illinois is a joke when it comes to weed.

If I was a cooler guy I'd drive them back stuff from where I live, but its still $250-350 an oz plus tax and a 15 hour drive. If I take a risk my friends don't compensate me for that so I say forget it. How about taking me out to lunch for once guys?

275 for S tooth and 300 for kushes ,diesels,and the lesser yielding..a few good friends ,noone else.no need to charge alot,its a win /win for all of us...
