my question is about making changes (amendments) to the bill if it passes... and the role of the governor in regards to getting changes applied - like 'can the governor veto proposed amendments to prop 19?'

my question has nothing to do with the passing of the bill itself.

Prop 19 allows you to grow 25 sq ft of hemp... unless you would like to pay pot price tax on it.
