Im on call for work and got called last night. I will change it out in an hour. I was planning on just wiping down the buckets and res and then drain it. Should I use any kind of cleaner or light bleach?
I wouldn't use any cleaners unless you were planning on a complete air dry. What I would do is drain the buckets completely and wipe them off with a paper towel. You'll be surprised what gets picked up from the sides of the buckets. Looks like brown goo but it's so thin you'll only see it as buildup on the paper towels.

Did you put pH adjuster in the water?
It does seems like the roots are literally rinsing dissolved solids of into the water......
Man I wish I was doing DWC right now I miss it so much. My last grow was a haze bush and when I replaced the water I would just let her sit at 50PPM. after 12 hours it was like 400+. So if I re fed immediately at 1500 it'd really be like 1900PPM. It's crazy in those roots.
I checked the ppm of the tap right before I added new tap back(157), and took a reading right after from the res(255).
Ill take another one later tonight. Should I wait till tomorrow to empty again or will late tonight be ok?
Late tonight is best. This way you can drain again and re fill. If all is stable tomorrow in terms of the PPM in the water then you can drain re fill and re add your nutes at a lower dose and continue as normal. You want to be back to normal because soon the plants will literally be feeding from reserves. Everything happens way too fast in hydro. We just want to leach out the excess and it's back to work for them gals.
After you take another reading tomorrow "even if stable" just drain and re add fresh water. This is the water you'll apply your nutes to.
She will be happy once again by the weekend but those leaves will forever be burned. New foliage will be fresh and clean.

I had some other issues to deal with last night so I had to wait till today. PPM was 169 this morning. I think the 1st reading of 255 was to soon after tap was added. Anyway, I emptied it all out again and added 42 gallons tap a cup of H2O2, Dyna gro Bloom, Cal-mag+, and 21 tsp of Cha ching. I will take a reading in a few hours. Oh yea I replaced the water pump with a mag drive. I was using it for the res changes, its not as dirty as it looks.
Should I remove the burnt fans?
Sweet! Well as for the 255 remember you are in heavy bloom right now so the plants are definitely searching for food. It may very well be that the plant ate that up. I'd personally remove the fans but if they are under 50% gone then leave 'em. Anything over just remove. The plants need all the help they can get to recover from a burn so all her strength is needed. IMO. If you see she's reacting well to her nutes then remove the burnt leaves. Give it a couple days.
Hey what's your PP now. Also with your TDS being over 100 from tap should you be using CalMag? I've never used it because my PPM was always 50 to 70 from tap but then again I may have been depriving my girls of a great thing.
