PH was 6.43 and PPM was 1020 last night. Ill check it again today. So once I get to 1100-1200 ppm if my Ph is still high then just ph it down right?

You're recovering from a burn. Ride 1020 for a bit and just check them. If they ask you for more simply raise it by using the Lucas scale so you wont have to empty and refill. I would pH it now.
Everything is going good. I added just a little bloom. PPM is 1100 and PH is 5.90. Ill get the PH a little lower also. What is the lucas scale?
Everything should be flowing smooth for you right now. How are they reacting?
Also the Lucas Formula is a scale based feeding regiment consisting of Micro and Bloom only from the GH family. Though there are variations of it for other nutes. Using a formula to measure your nutrient addbacks, you are able to maintain a constant TDS mark in your rez without having to change out nutes for long periods of time. Or at least the entire bloom phase of a grow. Its not a "specific to the plant" nutrient program but more like a works for all deal. I use it and I have to say it's hard to make mistakes using it.

So its day 48 on my 1st grow with any hydro set up. I have to say I thought they would be a little bigger but I cant complain to much It did work.
Yesterday I changed out nutes again and ph ed the water double flush again just not as long about two hours between.

Is this really your first grow?? I mean seriously bro you are packing weight there!!! This is fucking awesome and I love the bud shots. Do you have the clones ready to take there place?? Keep it perpetual bro. Everything you learned this run will be applied to the one following but let me reassure you that you did a GreaT FUCKING JOB!!!
By the way they will swell more. They look like they're still growing bro. The show isn't over

I just read through this entire thread! Respect to Rednick, where ever he is for all the help he gave ya! I'm a RDWC grower myself, I could of given ya some advice early on, but you seem to be doing great! Isn't that what IC is for? Growers helping growers! Hey, and Rednick, WTF, you gave me that huge JC mom in 6" R/W cube when you know damn well I'm doing RDWC. I've been keepin' her alive top feeding, but she is about to get diced to shreads for a future run (or a keeper mom and some gifts for friends).
and greenwithenvy....i would trash the bubble cloner and go with Rapid Rooter plugs! Much easier, and you can get some sexy roots going on in RR plugs!

This is my 1s Hydro grow. I grew once b4 in 4 pots with some miracle grow. It all went fine till the police rammed down my door. I've never harvested anything. Now its like 7 years later, out of prison, legal, and thanks to weird jimmy I found this place. I love it here and can't say enough about ICMAG and all the members. Thanks again for everyone's support and help. GWE

I am doing blazeoneup's RDWC. The RR plugs go rooted into hydroton baskets. You can use RR plugs for seeds or clones. They come preconditioned at the right amount of moisture and pH, much easier than r/w cubes.
I feed GH 3 part along with Aquashield, sometimes also hygrozyme.

Well there are a couple of issues here:So its day 48 on my 1st grow with any hydro set up. I have to say I thought they would be a little bigger but I cant complain to much It did work.
1) The whole cycle was not smooth. There were stresses and deficiencies during the cycle.
It happens, don't worry, learn from it and better luck next time.
2) You over-prunned. When you do that pruning technique you are taking away a lot of the power plants of the plant. I tend to take only the larger, drooping fan leaves off only to make room for the younger newer growth.
Again, you'll learn, just give it time.
3) Looks like you have some environmental or bug issues from the pictures.
All in all, better than my first run. And hydro to boot.

We've been over this before man, you know how to mate r/w with hydroton. But a good thing you didn't drop it in, this fucker stretches 3x. If a sativa is a 2x stretcher and indicas are a 1x stretcher, this J.C. is a 3x. It is a real pain in the ass to grow, and trim...but damn the smoke is good. Dispensary in Boulder was really liking it, but had to tell them I would never grow that fucker again. Hints of OG Kush in there, what it was crossed with, I don't know. In fact in Soil is where this plant stays a little stouter. In RWDC you will be tying this bitch down like it is an ivy.
Was so resinous that when plucking leaves I would have to change gloves often they got too sticky. Never tested it, but definately one of the higher crystal counts of anything I have grown.
Big Toke vs Lucas: Is just relating to the debate on what is keeping the Pythium out of the water.
Big Toke contends Beneficial Bacteria.
Lucas contends Dissolved Oxygen.
Can't say who is right, b/c Big Toke has a decent amount of DO in his setup, hence the reason for the ?inches of drop into the res.
Should I be flushing the system with fresh water sometime? How do I know there done? Is it the cloudy trikes I'm looking for?
Yeah I'd say start flushing man,maybe do a few days to a week of bud candy if possible?
