you oughta lower those lights a little so the plants don't get so lanky. They're looking good but you can tell they'd benefit from those lights being about 3' lower

That pic was only about a week under hps, so they lights were a little high......but the strain on the left side is always lanky no matter how close the lights....on the right is all new strains to me so I have no idea what to expect from them.

i like the set up looks very streamline but a bit confusing but looks the part.

wouldnt have it any other way:)

Great start MrWeekend! Your Oil looks KILLEr! Do you have a link or instructions on how to make? Thanks

Are all 30 of those buckets on 1 single res/controller? I'll try to take full system pics of mine, but I like to have multiple res/controllers for different strains, different stages, and just in case shit goes stale on 1 res, you don't loose the whole room. I would divide it in 2 systems of 15 if I were you!

it will be one 55gal res, & one controller, on 36.....I like the simplicity of one system.... thats why im running a few different strains this run to find some similar stretch & nute requirement strains.

would be nice to have different setups for different strains but thats just getting to complicated for me. =)...& ive never had a res go stale....what the hell is that? some organic stuff?...im a simple guy, just 3 part GH, H202 in veg...+ little silica, calmag for flower.......might try some flora nectar this run also.

By go stale I meant root rot, brown algae, any of those nasty res diseases. They love GH Flora, especially without a chiller and without using some kind of beneficials. I use a plenty of Aquashield and Hygrozyme with my GH Flora, and I like to do an "organic flush" with just Aquashield/Hygrozyme/Subculture M & B, and molasses, all bubbled together for 24 hours before use. But that will seriously clog your shit! But its worth it for the smooth burning taste and quality!

H202 will take care of all those nasties, but I think it will leave you lacking in the taste department. I like a few beneficials floating around my GH mix, personally!

By the way the sentinel cchtp? atmosphere controller worked pretty decent for me except fuzzy logic doesnt work with generators only bottled co2,which stops the over shoot of c02.
what ever you do try and stay away from portable ac's the unit i had exhaustd all my c02 in minutes i think mini splits are the best options or window unit retro fitted in your wall some how.

damn that new room is gonna be nuts..thats so much sqfootage...cant wait to see that filled up

me either!.....just finished the hydro system, co2, temperature control, & sealing up the room where cords & hydro lines went through the wall......co2 test was a success.....will do a full light test, so i can get a feel for temps tomorrow. Then figure out ac & were ready

2.5 or 3gal, cant remember....its Greentrees multi-flow...they were the first to make this kind of system.

Tested for 3hrs today....got to 78deg, & 41%hum....I did the test with all 36 buckets half full of water, with no inserts, hydroton, or plants......It was a little cool here today, but im going to try it out no dehumidifier, no ac.....ac will go in pretty easy if needed.

Need to do a little reading & figure out what temps I need to run with CO2......what do you guys think? ive heard 80-95?

How fast do you guys think I will go through a tank of co2? ive never used them before. how do I know its getting low? when my room int at the correct ppms?

I found that it fills the buckets more evenly.....with just one line the last bucket in the row water level would be inches below the first bucket in the same row.......so I do a loop from the first bucket to the last, & they all fill evenly.

A nice little CO2 calculator:
http://www.hydroponics.net/learn/co2_calculator.asp

You'll prolly want temps between 83-89 degrees.

The humidity isn't going to be high until you get the plants in there, and I guarantee you'll need a dehumidifier when they start really chuggin along. Checking the RH in the meantime is kinda pointless, it's the plants that make the humidity.

And I also guarantee you're gonna end up needing some sort of AC (prolly not the 3k btu / light situation) but some AC nonetheless.
At least start thinking about how you're gonna do it..that way when the time comes it'll be a quick and easy fix :D

Beautiful room you've built for your girls, I'm sure they'll reciprocate the favor :tiphat:

something tells me that The Weekends are aware and prepared for all possibilities...this room didn't come about without exhaustive planning...look at the damn thing!!
