nope I have paid as much as 60+tax there, they only give you discounts if you sign over caregiver.

hmmmmmmmmm...I am not a "member" and they have always given me their "member" prices. Then again, I do also know them...
I do know Jim buys alot of product/overages from vendors, and he has personally told me that he does not like the bill becuase he needs his vendors. He cannot keep up with demand....
I live right down the street from both, People's Choice and Delta9...both places are great for "patients"...both places have educated tenders and, in reality, both places have the same prices.
Look, everyone has a right to buy where they want to and I just hate seeing someone "bash" a place, just because of pricing...that you can fight by not shopping there...but to wrongly put a dispensary in the "mega-dispensary" supporters group....is wrong...and, if I know so...I should speak up. As I would hope, that if someone made the same kind of comments about me, those that know me would stand up for me...just saying....

Wow, my head is all confused and angry from reading the Colorado threads today....I need to go get some meds before I post further, or I will probably just get neg rep or get banned otherwise....I'm all out, shit sucks! End of the month! Ahhhhhh!

Here is his response and then my response to him:

Thanks for reaching out to me. Right now the dispensaries are operating in a grey area, as the dispensaries are not covered by our constitution like the caregivers. Hopefully our legislation will protect the dispensaries.

I guess you didnt read my email, I dont really care about the dispensaries, they over charge for meds that I can get from a local grower at half the price. This way I know where my meds are coming from and how they have been grown. Your bill will put all the local legal growers out of business and create a market for huge multi million dollar corporations to come in and finacially rape the local citizens.
Instead of taking money and campaign support from the out of state lobbyist, why dont you try asking your local citizens who put you in office, (although I doubt that will happen again).
If HB1284 passes as it is right now, I WILL NOT be voting for YOU or any other representative that supports this bill.
Take your hands out of the pockets of big business and start doing your job representing the PEOPLE of Colorado, we put you in office and we will remove you from the same office, through our vote, if our voices are not represented!

I ONLY have respect and open arms for anyone who loves cannabis more than money, that is the root of the problem isn't it, we are moving away from our old school ethic....
I think that the amount of legitimate experienced growers coming to CO to grow legally from non mmj states are seriously overshadowed by all the "gold rush" people coming here from every corner of the country. It should be a requirement for out-of-staters to HAVE a felony cultivation charge just to grow in CO, hehe, otherwise they are just noobs thinking they will strike it reach legally! And out of those out of staters that do know what they are doing, I think almost all of them are smaller growers. If I was running a commercial grow in NY or FL, why would I want to come to Colorado, if I can sell my buds wet, uncured, regardless of strain for $4,000-$6,000 per lb. I think illegal commercial growers from non mmj states actually have little motivation to come here, its only the small guys trying to be happy, safe, and legit....
Man, if you were in my area, I'd share some of this Earwax I'm smoking....
