Explain coherently why you dems can't get it legalized again... and no, the existence of FOX news isn't a coherent excuse.

And to back up your claim you pointed out that she had been quoted saying something to the effect that dinosaurs were present at the same time man was about 4000 years ago. Well, a health care system's purpose is to keep a population alive and healthy. Statistically (CIA world factbook info) we had closer to the 40th best health care system in the world. But there is no sense opening that can o worms debate.

Under republican administrations past, a lot of states were scared of MMJ or did not bother since federal law trumps them anyhow. The Obama administrations stated MMJ policies have emboldened states and more states than ever are closer than ever to passing MMJ laws.

I'm not trying to demonize republicans, but surely you have to admit that prior to reagan the tide was flowing toward legalization, and reagan administration era propaganda and policies reversed the trend.
