Man those clones...hahaha...for sure...I did a number on them. I can attest to ONE thing for certain though...I know which of the 4 strains is the most resistant to stress...a good trait for breeding, no? hehehe

Gotta find the flip side of that one. I've since gotten the cloning section of the cab a bit more dialed in...shouldn't have those problems again. I'll know for sure here in a couple of days as there should be roots showing on some different cuts by the weeks end... I hope!!!

Updates....

Updates....

Okay....yesterday was a crazy busy day in the grow....a lot of little tasks to be taken care of and kind of a first of the month maintenance time...this intimate time spent with the plants has caused me to take a bit more notice of some of the interesting aspects of the plants...

For instance...one of the ES x Chem DD x Es...ACTUALLY....the one that started off growing slightly odd and a bit mutated. I had left this particular plant untopped simply because I didn't want to kill it or affect its growth pattern at all...seeing how it was a bit mutant-ish.

Well, I finally topped this particular plant earlier in the week because it seemed to have grown out of its little funk and otherwise seemed happy / normal...but I noticed something where I topped...there were actually 3 new tips. Well, my first though was "F.I.M." but then I realized that EVERY internode has 3 fans and 3 secondary stems. So, apparently, my mutant is actually a true tri-foliate plant!!! :woohoo:

Also, made mention that one of the NL x Chem D had shown it's sex, so I transplanted this particular known lady into a 2g pot. I am a bit ashamed, and perhaps I should have warned people, but this thread is about to get kinky...personally I think she is going to respond well to bondage. Got her tied down and spread her "V" out a bit...going to make this lady nice and bushy!

There are a couple of plants...1 of both strains, NL and ES, that are VERY vine like with somewhat flimsy stems and long stretched internodes. These particular plants are growing with more vigor and speed and seem to desire to grow out rather than up. These plants were all topped in another 3 places in addition to the original topping to try and manage the fact they were getting to spaced out and lanky...so we'll see what becomes of them...although, I would almost attribute it to the NL being a more sativa expression based on other factors as well...

Well, that is about it for an update...I'll get pictures of all these different individual plants before too much longer...

So for now....

Well....I just don't feel very long winded today. To keep it quick and simple:

#4 = confirmed female, 2g pot, have taken 4 cuts off her, and have now chopped two branches in the process and have her all lopsided now....errrr.

#5 = the vine like growth pattern....far back left corner, and a solo shot

The rest...group shot. Unsexed...as is #5.

Once again...brief.

#2 was the mutant in seedling stage, and is now a vigorous tri-foliate plant.

Group shot of the three, all started flowering the 10th.

Ugh. These plants I tell ya. I put them into flower at only 4 weeks old. They have now been in flower for about 3.5wks...maybe closer to the 4wk marker...and still have shown no sex....hmmmm....beats me.

I'm all stressed out about it thinking my HPS is running 24/7 or something...I have NO CLUE....lol. I am just about convinced...

Either way they are forming into very nice bushy little plants and appear to be getting a small shading of resin on the leaves....

Group shot, then #5,#1,#2....skipped the last one...it looked the same...

uggh....The plants in flower (ES, BB) are all suffering from what elements in these pictures???

I've made a list of things I saw when looking them over....wonder who else can tell...???

is there a lot of N in your mix? 4 weeks!! I would be getting pretty antsy....

Yeah...this mix probably is a bit high N simply because these plants didn't get the longer veg time and thus didn't really use it up as much. I am indeed getting antsy...

funny....It was maybe a week ago, that I actually transplanted the BB into there current bag. They were only in about .5g of soil each, so....I wasn't expecting much. A new mix was placed in the bottom half of the 1g bags they are in now, that is in fact, a tad bit high in P and K....but at the same time, is also not depleted of any N....lol....soooo

Hey DF :tiphat:

I've heard fantastical stories of phantomish timers that will flip on for an hr or so during off...:abduct:...
...just sayin...:dunno:

I don't suppose you've got a light leak large enough to keep em in veg...
(LOL @ my brainstorming.)

About that cal/mg thing... Could it be lockout?
How's your pH?
