looking bomb as ever in here! cant wait to see some dry nug shots. hey if your a fan of the slow dry you should try this method this cat optic told me on here. i tried it on my outdoor buds and they turned out awesome. hang dry for 3-4 days until the outside leaves are pretty crispy stem still bendable then put in paper bags for up to 1.5-2 weeks. just keep your eye on em and jar when u think they are ready

peace man!

The next update you guys see will have some harvest shots. :jump: I took down the 2 Cindys and the 1 Shiskaberry yesterday, which was after a full day cycle of day 51. Both of those varieties are VERY fast finishers, between 7 & 8 weeks. The trichs were clear with some cloudy, i didnt see much amber but they are hanging right now. I usually trim all the leaves before hanging but i am trying something new and leaving the leaves on. 2 reasons for that #1) I chopped them on a Tuesday night. So not a lot of time to do a good first pass manicure job, i didn't have much time yesterday and #2) there really was not a lot of leaf on these babies. i got good penetration with the 1000w and everything was dense and really well developed nugs. Frosty and stinky too. Very happy with them both and i thought the Shisk would suck.

they look :yoinks: to say the least.

I gave both a little test this past weekend and they scored very HIGH

I left the bottom few branches and small buds on the plants that i harvested. I am thinking of having a friend reveg under his T-5s so i can use my newly acquired CS (colloidal silver) generator to make a shit ton of beans. I might cross everything i have with C-99. It's heavy, fast, a little purple and very uplifting... what more could i want?

All the other plants are still sitting tight. Looking dope. I'll have the update Sat so you all can see the progress. Still in the room but with a little more space:

OG
Purple OG
Grape Ice
Bubba
BullRider
Purple Urkle
Burkle

The Grape Ice continues to impress me. Colas longer then my forearm, Ultra resin coated and it no joke smells exactly like grapes... craziest thing.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Got some good bud, some good food, some good beer, good friends and football.. i'm happy.

Have a great Turkey day everyone. Look out for those pics coming in Saturday. Thanks for everyone coolness through out this thread. I really appreciate it.

a colloidal silver generator? I've never heard of one of those. Does it produce a liquid or gas? and from what? Sounds interesting. I'm presuming you're using that to make female beans? If so, then I've recently failed my attempt #1 with GA3 to do the same. =)

Yeah, i bought some GA3 but then decided not to use it. I have high hopes for the CS generator, got mine ready to go and when the plants are fully revegged i'll give it a shot.

here is the link to the thread that got me started on the idea. This should basically answer any questions you have about CS.

Day 55 flowering. Everything is either done or coming into the final turn. I mentioned earlier that i chopped the Cindy and Shik at day 51. those are getting close to being dry so i removed them from their branches and have them a fast first trim.. Not sure i like hanging the plant upside down without trimming first. Its gonna be a lot of work to get off the leaf now. Still looking food thought.

not sure the final weigh in on those yet but i will list my yields per plant when you are done.

Today (right now actually) an am chopping the 2 Grape Ice. 55 days seems to be good for them and they have some cloudy / amber trichs. (i'll post some scope pictures later)

here are the 2 that are coming down today.

Whoa... i dont have that long. She would be sitting in there alone for a while. Or sitting in on my next veg cycle. Some one at PNC that there was an 8 week BullRider but it was unconfirmed if this was it... i doubt it. I like the plant a lot but 4 months i just cant do. I will start watching the trichs... 70 i can do..

I feel the same way on the Burkle. SOG must be the only way to get any yield from her. She is by far my favorite looking plant in there but i wont be able to run her again if i use this set up. Its dank stuff what there is of it but it far and few between.

looks amazing! That urkle doesnt remind me at all of urkle though....The bubbas and burkles are insane looking!!! Great work bro, it all looks seriously dank!

EDIT-Now that I see the cindy before chop, I've gotta say I don't think that was my cut.....I know APE had my cut, but that really doesnt resemble it. First the hairs have always been pumpkin orange and yours look a bit deeper orange. Hope you dont mind if I post a couple old shots of her??

Absolutly Cali. Those are some nice Cindy's. Maybe not the same cut i have, i was told that there was a pineapple and and indica 'the indy cindy' going around.. with so many people growing the same or similiar strains its almost impossible to tell which is which. Although i agree that ours bud shots do look different. I'll tell yeah, you were right about one thing... my house is spotless ha ha.

and that Urkle... at 8 weeks and not a hint of purple, thats no purple urkle. Its growing right next to 4 or 5 strains that are very colorful and that one is green as the grinch's ass. Not that it a problem because it look like it will be some good smoke but it was not labeled correctly. I will be doing another run of some of these strains but right now i am thinking of only doing Cindy and OGK. I love the others but its hard to get them to put out in a 12 plant soil grow like i have. I might run them all one more time to cross them all with the Cindy which i will get to drop balls via CS.

otherwise, i'm happy with this grow so far. a few changes i will be making for sure. #1 will be to get that CO2 investment i made to pay off, #2 will be biger pots and #3 will be more veg time. I am not sure that i am going to even get a lb from my 1000w which would be pretty disappointing since i was able to do much better then that in the past. But the strains are quality so i guess thats the trade off.

...back to football. Happy Sunday all!

Great work man! sooo many gorgeous colors, I wish I could catch a whiff of that. Your bubbas top nugs look thicker and longer than mine do, Im interested to see what the final yield is off her. I think Im gonna take her at day 63 cause itll be convienent for the next round of things and day 63 aint bad.

i'm curious on yield too... dang i wish i could get this bubbas or burkles to throw some weight. you're grow is looking nice man. i'm keeeping an eye. my next one will be starting Jan 2010. Not sure if i want to reveg some of these ladies or go clone hunting again... that gets costly. I'll keep you posted on yield. My 2 Cindys came in at a little over and ounce each.. same with the shiskaberry.
