Yes they do. Especially in the metal world. One of my all time favorite performers calls New Orleans his home - that would be Phil Anselmo! But he is only one of MANY good musicians to come out of the swamps =)

I met his mom who happens to be a nurse when I was spending some time in one of La's fine parish facilities (there was a bad outbreak of brown recluse attacks due to the 2 inch gap under the door, luckily mine was just a bug bite) Awesome lady, she had on a House of Shock shirt which is how we started talking about Phil. I loved the band, but Phil ruined that for me. I still respect the talent and the trails they blazed, but without Dimebag (R.I.P. brother) they would have been just another band.
i agree with both of you about pantera. but it is interesting to see how things have come along. I was so bummed when i heard about Rex Brown have shot kidneys. The price those guys paid in each personal way is a testament the effort they gave their careers (being as what they were and did of course)

in his defense WT, you're right, there are few who have that kind of unique power and raw emotion behind the mic. I continue to keep tabs on Phil because when I was growing up, pantera was a huge influence on me. Phil had knee surgery not too long ago and Down is on tour right now actually... I'll give that fucker one thing, he's a soldier.

Hey Thanks man....... but it's easy to get good results with this strain. Out of this world and all of yall can do the same. My buddy ojd, cup winner with this strain, has a bean drop going down any day now for the sssdh. Cheap too at $80 bucks. I been watching the bay for the last week. Don't miss out. Sorry for the delay in reply. You may think this is funny but I don't own a scale. I have no idea, I'm guessin 1 to 1 and a half oz but that's just a guess. I also have had a bad outbreak of the horrid borg and these little bast*rds can really effect yield.
Yield has never been a big concern, for me taste, smell and of course the high are what is important. I would say the sssdh is a medium yielding plant depending on pheno but it's top of the line in every other way.
