b.) the south side isn't bad. it's just poor. and no one gives a shit because tourists are ushered to go downtown only and a few parts of the north side. not too far west, and not too far north. in the sweet spot where all the "young urban intellectuals" are.
c.) cabrini green was only tough if you lived there.
