Well, the trick is that they have huge batteries. Theese batteries are filled acids to run the battery..
Get someone to empty the battery, fill it up with "WELL" sealed hash . 1-2-5-10 kg's..
next refill the acid..
You will not get busted because of extra weight nor suspiscios addons on the car and so on... U will get busted if some1 snitched on you!

( concentrated sulfuric acid is 97% ) Dilute H2SO4 attacks iron, aluminium, zinc, manganese, magnesium and nickel but reactions with tin and copper require the acid to be hot and concentrated. Lead and tungsten are, however, resistant to sulfuric acid.
so maybe with strong vacuum sealed bags several times put in tin plate boxes made of sheets welded, it will works. what do you think fellows ?

How much is hash per kilo in Luxembourg,it would have to be very cheap per kilo to make it worthwhile smuggling it into UK as soap-bar is uber-cheap compared to the £2400 a kilo days,I think its about £750-800 nowadays?

If it was me being of Indian origin I would have to say India. But if you're white you will stick out like a sore thumb and cops are quick to pounce for bribes or throw you in an indian gulag prison. 1 option, harvest your own hash from wild sativas growing in the plains of punjab, haryana, and the mountains of himachal. option 2, find those hindu baba sadhu guys, they can be found sitting in circles at hindu festivals smoking charas, obviously you must speak hindi. option 3, go to the government licensed bhang shops, get the most unprocessed bhang you can get and try making hash out of that.

Once in amritsar I seen a baba on the side of the road collecting marijuana. I paid him like 10rs(25cents which is probably overpayment) for his bag full of dope. Didn't get the chance to process it into anything cause of time. Right about now is probably a big time harvest going down with plants reaching maturity. Most people don't touch it and farmers see it as a nuisance. When I was there everythign was small because of the cold season and very little sun light because of fog. Little baby plants were flowering, lol.

Bahrain, the UAE, and Oman are great places to find cheap hash if you know people. I've never bought more than an oz, but $30 (US) per O is hard to beat. I've never found anything cheaper (or stronger!).
Straight from Pakistan. Very perfumey and floral. Very malleable, very potent. Oz's are obviously cut off of much, much larger blocks as some sides are still covered with red & gold plastic.
The plus side: You don't deal with "pros", you deal with fishermen who cross the Persian Gulf to Iran or Pakistan and come straight back with relatively small quantities to supplement their income.
The negative: Prisons in the Middle East make Federal Supermax Pens look like day spas. If you get caught (Do NOT get caught!) you'll gain an appreciation for western legal systems.

Anyone ever seen locked up abroad? There were a few people on that show that were nabbed for hash smuggling as well as the smuggling of harder drugs. They all got zapped bad but you can learn from most of their bad ideas what NOT to do.

I love the camper idea, but you have to have money to start it. Maybe with the money you get swallowing kilos of hash you could buy a camper and proceed to increase the load.

It's not just the prisons that can be problematic, it can be a death sentence in many of those countries. I would not recommend UAE, based on some reading that I've been doing, especially not Dubai, as apparently it is a high priority for the police, and you're likely to do a minimum of 7 years if you get popped.

Nepal seems like a good option, probably morocco too, but it doesn't really seem worth the risk to try to get bulk quantity home.

As for the idea of smuggling by the OP, i think you're nuts. A friend of a friend just got back from 2 years in jail in india, caught with 1 kilo. He had exactly the same idea.

Nepal has the best charas, but for smuggling, you would have to go thru the indian border, coz going thru TRUBHUVAN INTL AIRPORT is the way to get busted.... remember it has only been illegal in Nepal for 34 yrs... not only that , but SHIVARATRI is celebrated everyyear, a day dedicated to CANNABIS and SHIVA.. can;t beat that.
