Where do you find these memes?

Are you just overwatering the clone trying to keep the mulch watered too? That's a big leap in pot sizes? Other stuff is green? Shouldn't you have nitrogen from chop and drop of your mulches and reamending? I got questions! :D

I just make them with a meme generator... you won't find any memes this nerdy on google

I just may be overwatering... my buddy had the same problem this week and he's in his 3rd cycle. I feel like water retention only increases as the cycles age, which would explain why we might be going overboard now with what used to be a nice amount once before

I use a stupid moisture meter because it stays so wet below while the topsoil is dry two knuckles deep. I grew in a bed in summer and I got pissed and walked away for like 10 days before I dealt with it. The plants were still alive and not really droopy. When I took the soil out to throw it away it was super soggy below and that was the whole problem the entire time! Now I use a long meter and that helps along with mulch.

I'd invest in one of those if I could find a relatively accurate one. Do you have to leave them in the soil permanently? Or would I be able to stick it in and out of each pot? I almost wouldn't want to do that actually, nvm

Yeah I pre-mix it, the powder is a little more annoying I've found than keeping a bottle of it on hand. I use a condiment container with a cap on top :tiphat:

Most caps of bottles are 10 ml so you can just as easily eyeball half a cap full. I almost always use my caps to measure. 3 cap fulls is 1 oz :D

Amazing movie on the secrets of soil

Amazing movie on the secrets of soil

I've gotta say - I HIGHLY recommend this ^ movie to all soil growers out there. Holy shit. This made me contemplate my theory on life itself... what an amazing film. It costs $5.99 but it's 2 hours long and packed with info as well as a ton of nature porn. Here's the trailer:

If this ^ doesn't work for you then just use this direct link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5QYZ-LRXW4

i wonder if anyone has done Brix testing on there crops to find out what amendments appear to be working better then other same applies for teas

Father earth I think has talked about tissue samples in one of his threads. Others have used foliars and brix measurements two hours after to see if the spray helped or not. The Ideal Soil book has two free chapters to read but the second talks about the amendments used and how it all works. I copied pasted a shit ton in my thread several pages back.

Uh hello? How did ya hear about that? Lol

Did you see what I was saying about the roots of different strains?

My buddy recommended it to me a few days ago, I'm not sure how I haven't seen it before simply by how good it was.... figured I would've heard about it before now!

I was talking about it when you joined my thread back when we first started "talking"

But it doesn't matter. I'm glad you watched it.

Wow that video is fantastic, don't know what to say I'm floored by it, thanks for sharing made my day.

TM if I were to use your watering schedule but only for 5 plants in 3 to 7 gallon pots what would your ratio be for Agsil x Aloe x ?.

Blackpulpit -

Np man, and it would be the same as mine, no matter the # of plants. All recipes are for every gallon of water.
