they say they will never fruit in the u.k. unless in a greenhouse. they are valuble once big. i will grow them into trees in the polytunnel and sell them or keep as house plants. in the winter they will have to come inside too. i think they would fruit in the uk , if we had heating during the winter and an established tree in the ground or huge container , rather than a pot. short days, tropics and rootspace = fruit

i'm going to start raising and growing niche house plants to sell in the future
