maybe its a LONG game you arent seeing. they are patenting unpatentitable as i am sure there is lemon OG out there pretty dang close already. gaining many patents that dont hold water SELL to a big stupid corp like canopy growth make millions and then canopy is holding the bag for unpatentable varieties.
so what is REALLY going on. is data really being used for there gain or is it still keeping all teh donated genetics safe from patent. and if they are creating NOVEL genetics whats the issue? anyone can look at the data and see if they have something novel, can they not? still stays in line with what they said can't patent something in public domain.

Chimera says his involvement with Phylos has hurt no one.
He has asked us to make a list of all those that were effected by the Phylos scam.

If my memory serves me correctly he was involved in the Cannabis DNA project.
And he did encourage genetics to be sent to sam.
But with my thread and the information all edited and in the bin, it is hard to make my point without it being hearsay.
I really don't want to get into that kind of debate.

You mods have been working with chimera and editing that thread for the last 2 days.
The good folks of ICMg should be able to see all the edited post for themselves.
All of chimera's personal attacks are removed, all mine are still there.
Why are all the personal attacks like yours still in the threads?
It is true it was taken from another thread.
But he was most assuredly taking about the cannabis DNA project that him and sam scammed the good folks of icmag.
There is no other subject that he and I have talked about.
This is yet another ploy to try to discredit the message I bring.
