2A? That to, CalVet Loan give you 100% financing up to think its $425,000 with zero down, and you kid would be guaranteed 100% education/tuition benefits.
Not completely sure on home ownership and equity, but Im sure things could be done to remove that asset and Relocate because of your medical issues.

LOL!!! I couldn't run a business. I have a hard enough time making it thru the day. besides, with my Unemployable rating I can't earn more that 12K a year.
