W89 - you should see another noticeable response from the sprout tea, and looks like the right amount of seeds sprouted, especially for alfalfa. I've used 5x that much, easily, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it LOL.
Barley I've gone way overboard as well but without any negative response, but certainly no better than using CC's recommended amounts! regardless this is definitely a less is more situation.

Yeah I bought an aloe plant to tide me over till i get the freeze dried powder.
Cheers for verifying my seed mix, would you say it's ready to start soaking now and use tomorrow night as thats when i'm gonna water... or should I wait tll the spouts are bigger and water next time round? is a 24 hour soak long enough?
succulents are both very hearty and astoundingly easy to kill, its always better to err on the side of dryness when watering them.Cheers for the info mate, it's in a small pot like 3/4 of a cup and there is hardly any roots it was bone dry when i got it the shop obviously wasnt lookin after there shit too well I literately had to soak the whole pot in water for like 30min for it to take on water.. but once it grows some more roots I will repot it into my organic mix
Coot, Could I use sprouted mescal beans for tea for my plants?
LL, do you cover your container with a lid or something when you
soak your sprouts? I have always left my jar open to the air so I wouldnt completely cut off the oxygen; in addition to the film on top there were air bubbles too. My timeframe has been close to the two day mark as well, a little less than 48hrs id say

JoeDudeGuy is spot-on about the trichs you should see especially on the stem from the crown out to the bottom of the leaves.
CC
