So basically more double standards from you. You can't blame people's actions (Kyle Rittenhouse for example) on Trump then turn around and ignore the ugliness coming from your own party. Cops were not getting ambushed for no reason before the Democrats started demonizing the police and that is a fact.
The only double standard is you mixing apples and oranges.
There is plenty of video of trump inciting violence. Even before the election he was telling his followers to beat up a protestor at one of his rallies. Surely you remember that one where he said he would pay the legal bills.
People who attack cops have their own agenda and it is not protesting. Looters - same thing.

Officer Guarionex Candelario Rivera showed up unannounced at his police station in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and fatally shot three fellow officers. Candelario, a 19-year police veteran, killed Lt. Luz Soto Segarra, Cmdr. Frank Roman Rodriguez and policewoman Rosario Hernandez De Hoyos. Candelario was shot twice but survived.

Joanie Calloway, who was driving, was sentenced to 25 years for accessory and hindering prosecution. Marvin Banks’ brother, Curtis, pleaded guilty to accessory and received 20 years. Three others were also sentenced.

In the moments leading up to the attack, Brinsley posted online he wanted to kill “pigs” in retaliation for the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man killed by police.

A week later, as a public memorial service was being held for Brenton, police confronted the gunman, Christopher Monfort, at the suburban apartment complex where he lived. Officers shot him, paralyzing him from the waist down. He died in prison in January.

The protester didn't get hurt at the Trump rally though. I do remember a Democrat shooting up a baseball field full of Republicans around the same time. There is plenty of video of Democrats demonizing the police.
It wasn't just Democrat's that said the Police needed major reforms. Not a single Dem demonized leo. Not a single dem said the police aren't needed thats 100% political spin.. Trumps telling you the poor are gonna invade the burbs, who is inciting panic here. . I'm not a fan of many laws our country has. No one is above the law including Leo and Trump. No cops are not getting ambushed for no reason. There are reasons these weak minded idiots take those steps. These idiots doing it feel justified after decades of abuse from Leo. The assessment, dated August 17 of this year and marked for OFFICIAL USE ONLY, provides an overview of different threats to the election. Threats are said to include not just white supremacists but also individuals wary of the government’s Covid-19 restrictions, Second Amendment extremists, and confrontations between protesters and counterprotesters.
The report reads: “We continue to assess lone offender white supremacist extremists and other lone offender domestic terrorist actors with personalized ideologies, including those based on grievances against a target’s perceived actual political affiliation, policies, or worldview, pose the greatest threat of lethal violence.”
While antifa has engaged in illegal activities including property destruction and in some cases violence, no one affiliated with it has been linked to a single murder in the United States in the past 25 years, according to a recent report by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. By contrast, the same study found that far-right extremists in the United States have killed 329 people in that time frame.
Last year, FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress that the majority of the bureau’s domestic terrorism arrests were of white supremacists.
“Historically, there’s a pattern of increasing political violence during elections,” said Michael German, a former FBI agent. German, who himself once worked undercover in white supremacist groups, said that one of the problems is the lack of federal data on far-right groups.
“Since the federal government doesn’t collect data on white supremacist violence, we don’t really know how much it’s increased.”
