I need your input on a good soil blend..(so many to pick from)

If you have any thoughts about using diastatic malt I'd like to read your comments. I made some using sprouted organic barley seeds which is the most common form used by artisan bakers.

Just curious as usual.

here is my finish product I mixed today.

Tell me if I need to change anything or I am sitting pretty?

My intent is a start to finish soil. Keep in mind 7 day vegged clones will only be place directly into this soil.

Here is the run down:

BASE SOIL MIX PER 13 GALLON
5 gallons local organic potting soil
2 gallons peat
1 gallon cotton burr
1 gallon EWC
4 gallons perlite


AMENDMENTS PER 13 GALLONS
Kelp meal – 2 cup
Bone meal- 2 cup
blood meal- 1 cup
Azomite- 1 cup
Dolomite lime- 2 3/4 cup
Alfalfa- 1 ¾ cup
Bat guanos N&P-1 cup each
Dry molasses – 2 cup
Green sand – 1 cup
Rice Flour – ¾ cup
Bene. bacteria – ½ cup
Diatomaceous Earth– 2 cup

Any thoughts Icmag? I think I may be adding to much Kelp and dry molasses but I want to know for sure before I cut the dosage. Thanks in advance. Peace fellow friends

I started my base soil mix with 1 1/2 cups kelp meal per 12 gallons of my custom soil mix.....always had used 2 cups per 5 gallons for year after year before I started to recycle my soil.
