Very hot indeed and every year is the same, the first hot days come and we´re all moaning that it´s too hot. At least i am.
We have irrigation ponds around here and my dogs make it their pools, not good because the water stinks to high hell.
24C´s are making a good show indeed, 7lts of good soil, a couple of feedings, a few foliars and an old 250HPS and that´s it. Good stuff indeed.
But when comes to yield i must bring the Stardawg that makes me think about doing a mono-crop with her this next Winter
Here she is still fighting the borg and pushing those lovely fox tails forward...i think i´m falling for her....

The SD is under a 600HPS having it almost for her alone, she seems to be a light hoarder, i like her!
Happy Sunday to all beings and things!
Today is just another day filled with all sorts.
I woke up too early for a Sunday and only noticed it when my dogs stared at me with sleepy eyes and didn´t moved when i opened the door. The Sun was already out oozing at me and i went to see our new porch almost finished after two days of builders work. Looks nice i think. Fuck You! Screams my sore back at me, but i tell the moaning fucker to shove it up down my ass that is so near by that goes tight with the prospect.
During these last two days i had to compromise the conditions on my indoor grow because my electrics board doesn´t have the necessary pull to cope with the grow and the powertools. So i had to bring the electrics down on the grow for almost 8 hours, on and off, during these last 48hrs.
So after checking the porch there i went to see the damage. At first sight all looked not bad at all. The Borg as well happy as usual but the main room was looking good.
The veg cab was looking great because i had left doors open and ventilation was not an issue.
The autos tent looked gorgeous with the girls being already flushed and showing one impressive resin coverage and nice swallowing of buds. But has i was watering them i noticed a greyish reflex on the largest cola of the tent. FUCK ME!!!!
And other beautiful poems came out of me as i pulled all plants out of the tent.
Chopped a few colas, binned a few buds and the cleaned girls are staying out for the day in order to have maximum air flow.
This goes only to show that even if growing herbs is not that hard, having a quality crop is another thing.
Now i´m off to edited a few shots of the SD taken after the pre-harvest trim.

man back problems, don't even get me started, i hope you enjoy your new porch,its a bummer to have mold,i try to train and top and don't let the girls do a main cola just to avoid that grey fuckerr, i bet those SD pics gonna be some premium bud porn, gonna lurk here and wait for those!!

I won´t mate, otherwise this will become some sort of old men thread. These ones are autos and i tend to let autos do their thing with minimal interference. I was warned by Mitch about the bud rot issues on the 24C´s main colas. They´re rock hard and very dense, because i was already flushing them,fan leaves were getting yellow and necrotic
, this added to the hours without ventilation and high temps&moisture just did it. Just like the Borg, spores are all around me.
Oh the many blessings of living in the countryside.

So this ending week was not that good. After the bud rot came the rippers.
And my main&best spot, with 4 very nice plots and another 4 being worked for that, was totally ripped by someone from a team of contracted workers that has been working the orchards around that specific location. Fucking gutted i was.
But Life goes on and moaning is never a pro-active thing to do.
Measures were taken and i´m now yet in the process of deciding what to do next, don´t want to risk starting it all over again just to be ripped again in the end. So i need a rippers proof plan and i´m working on it of course!!!
I´ve brought home all mature plants even the ones that could go another week or two and i´ve decided to change all my locations for areas further away from commercial orchards. In there i avoid contracted workers but i´ll have to deal with hunters and other pests
I´ve also started a few batches of seeds (BubblyKush and 24Carats from Mephisto) and a couple of my own crosses to replace the ones that got ripped.
To finish on a positive note, here´s my smelly box
And some meaty indeed Stardawg
