well i had to scrap 3 of 4 cuts they didnt make it so i took more cuts and they
have bout 1/2" roots hangin out hopefully they hurry up so they can be thrown already,i just wana grow RDWC already!!! anywho, iv been acquireing more equipment like micro pore diffusers and a GH dual diaphram air pump

to each bucket has has a double and the controller has a double xl that is driven by a eco air 1 compressor pump

Yeah, give em two weeks if you want, but i would at least go 500 for now and maybe ramp it up 100ppm every three days if you are concerned about shocking them.

I have been up to alot lately actually! I kinda disappeared from the boards for a little bit cause I got busted but luckily the case got thrown out and I took that oppurtunity to move out to Cali! Been out here 2 weeks, and already found a job working at iGrow working in the store but mainly doing design and construction of growrooms for customers. No grow yet since I haven't gotten my doctors rec yet but I am getting that next week and then I will be building another re-designed grow tunnel 4'W x 5'5"L lit by two 400W CMH bulbs and more than likely stick with the bucket system (SoQuick style)I tried last back in FL.

So that covers me.....it looks like you are gaining momentum in your skills and really moved up since the Terrarium? Solarium? Can't remember at the moment what that cylinder thing was but yeah, very impressive bro! Keep it up, you know I'll be watching!

wow sucks ya got busted man and glad it was thrown out,and DAMN!!! from FL to CA now thats a trip and a half of a move.

and it was a terrarium it was ok for time being but I tore that bitch up got 2 4x4x6.5 tents and a few hid's(1k MH,1k hps,400w hps,400w MH/HPS,600w hps,4' 8x54w bulb T5 ho,4' 4x54w bulb T5 HO),fans(2xsquirel cage,6" valuline),a couple good air pumps(eco air 1 and GH dual diaphram),6" coolsun hood and last but not least some decent genetics so id iv built some momentum for sure. well good to have you back on the site and will be anticipating your up coming june build. stay safe and stay high!!

Yeah I took an extended road trip on my way out here too. Did alot of sight-seeing on my way over as well. It was quite the experience!

Never thought of Oregon honestly, I have a feeling it would be just a bit too cold for me and.......I hate the cold!

Naw the cops took my whole seed stash!! I had some amazing genetics in their too, some of which are impossible to get back!! But yeah, other than that I haven't settled on genetics just yet. I have to "source" something good cause I am not paying club prices for clones.

I love the CMH bulbs! I just wish they made them in a 600W size. I experimented with a 400W CMH a few years back and I had great results over the HPS. Cool thing is, they are cheaper, run off of an HPS ballast, throw less heatand you don't have to deal with the bright orange light. I noticed less stretch, more dense buds, and greater trichome production. Just under $65 shipped for one:

So Quick style is amazing, you will have to read/skim through the first 3-5 pages, he explains the whole damn system. in detail and shows his yields too before he disappeared when OG/CW went down early 2005. well a little update with pix, heres the RDWC up and runnin still tryin to get res temps down its at 76 right now im scrambling to try to get a chiller but funds are low so it might be a bit any way here ya go some pix theres bubba kushes in the RDWC and thats the ppm and ph with 16-17 gallons of RO water 48ml micro,48ml bloom,96ml grow,48ml calmag+ gonna run that for a bit add just plain RO for the next 2 or so top offs and see how that goes got some formula assistance from TooHighmf so we'll see how things go i have confidense in the recipe he gave me.

so heres some closer shots of the 4 bubba kush i have in hydro

they all have roots shootin out of the net pot tops.one is furthur along than the other 3 it has bout a foot root comin out already and its fully submerged in the highly aerated solution so that one start to explode real soon i dont think they will be too much different as far as growth that is im really hoping that they get goin fast i need a decent harvest badly been out of meds for a wee bit now and it sux ass.

also this is my first time runnin bubbu kush,should i grow bushes,trees or scrogg it?

cool bubbas, since I haven't grown bubba either I'd have to recommend just let em go natural, but not too tall before flower, so you can see what shape they have without any extra help and also keeping them shorter might help the top buds be all they can be, which is basically why anyone would be running bubba, to get the best smoke there is, not the biggest harvest. anyways, really cool pictures ,can't wait to see more! Thank you!

well thanks IamNug for the advice,i think im gonna go with scrog to maximize tops and to give my soil gals some time to grow bigger for bloom, and heres some more pix!!!

im thinking id be cool to grow the whiteberrys and white diesel til about 3ft tall hopefully my plan of scroggin the hydro and timing it all to go into bloom at the same time works.

i will be getting a 1/4hp ecoplus water chiller in the next week or so. so the hydro should survive this grow woo hoo!!! thats a huge weight off my shoulders on the water chiller deal.

for in hopes of makin the res cooler i zip tied my eco commercial air 1 pump to the far side on the A/C,we'll see if it works for now

green thumb... nice shot of the overall garden, looks real nice! Also I like your air conditioned air pump, I blow just air on mine from a blower and it keeps it cool. An a/c on the air pump is probably like running a water chiller!

I'd say a screen over the canopy is a very wise choice.

Thanks dude,yeah so far having the pump hangin out on the A/C like that dropped my rez 5 degrees down to 75 still hotter than I want or should be,just gotta play the waiting game til I get that 1/4hp ecoplus chiller.

Hey all a little update here,the RDWC is bangin right along,ppm@750 PH@5.89 and the roots are really starting to reach for the water.

Was wonderin,when should I set up the scrog screen?? Any bubba experts out there that can help?

So can any scrogg pros out there possibly chime in with some knowledge?? Iv tried scrogging a couple times and seem to fail every time it always overgrows and there's always a lot of little stuff that I always seem to miss.how should I train em before setting the screen? And with this low stretch bubba how big of a screen should I make and how full til I should flip? Was hopin to veg for another month or so then flip but if it takes longer that's fine too.

I'd like to see a # or 2 off these 4 buckets.iv never had a # harvest before and I'd be sweet to finally hit that mark or even exceed it and hit 1g/watt or higher not sure how this bubba yields but it would be pretty cool.
