twice when i lived in the uk i found weed plots never stole anything ,never told anyone .just walked away with a smile on my face .
Lola you cannot mess around with this arsehole he may well know where you live,camera trap identify him or her .
Personally id put a crossbow bolt through his chest and bury him and grow some plants on him.

1) Buy solar motion detector
2) attach electric pins to trigger of Bear Mace Cans, use at least 2.
3) Set up make sure solar panel is covered until set up complete.
4) attach motion detector to trigger pins on Bear Mace Cans.
5) Position Bear Mace Cans to correct spray postion.
6) Remove cover from solar panel, get away quick.
wonder if this would work...... hmmm..... Now that would be worth gettin on camera.... LOL.
I don't see that a camera would do me much good. I ain't the I will follow you home and beat you up type. It would be nice to satisfy my curiousity, but I reckon Mr. Ripper would steal the damn camera.

If you are getting small plants taken then even birds will take your shit. I have had plants in my back yard that I thought for sure somebody took because the soil and all was taken. Turns out, after watching the playback, that a bird swooped my plant and took the soil with it. The plant was only in a small red dixie cup, and the soil had dried enough were it was easily lifted out. Same might be the case with you, even if the plants are bigger.
Now if you can see it is a person, well, then it is on. I don't take that stuff lightly. Small town means you would most likely recognize this person. If so, go to there house and look for there plot. Don't steal plants back, just stomp them to the ground. Leave a note saying, stop taking my shit or there will be more consequences.

It honestly sounds too me that you should probably be careful...bad shit happens sometimes. I hope nothing ever happens but if someone is following you around maybe you should stop posting on a forum where they can potentially directly target you...or after wishing their dick stopped working come after you. I'd honestly keep a can of mace close to you and watch your steps...kinda weird you been having this problem a long time and havn't been able to atleast get an idea on whos following you. Sounds like your locations aren't that discreet if you can't even notice someone following you.

Set up a half dozen trip wires around your plants with 12 ga shotguns shells, OO buck, about knee high. The ripper will be very easy to spot, he's the one legged son-of-bitch who wished he had not been rippin'.

I'd seriously do the gps thing and find out where my plants were being taken too. Thats scary to think someone is stalking you for plants.
Rippers suck I have been there as well and they take shit that wont even get you high it's pathetic. I know how you feel. What I did was I did not do any erban growing for a few years and when I went back I never had an issue since knock on wood. This might not be an option for you if you dont have a indoor grow. Rippers are hard to beat if they want your shit they will get it. Good luck Lola !!
