that thing is i waaaaaaaay to big a container. that isnt not going to work very well. it will never be able to dry up the nutes. seeds should be started in cells not much bigger than your finger. then transplanted to a 4 inch then a gallon or 5 inch square then eventually a 2 gallon. the nutrients will dry in the solution fromevaporation vs uptake thus leaving salt unused concentrated in the coco. this will cause problems. gently with a spoon take it out of that poy and put it in a 4 inch pot or smaller til it fillls the medium with roots. once that happens up pot a small incrememnt of pot size at a time.
