Great looking grow man.

I was wondering about the purple main stems in this photo. I had a plant doing the same thing. I was able to get most of the purple out of the main stems.

So can I ask what is your take on the purple stems? Thanks friend

hey dirt farmer...that is old time moonshine...it is a DJ short strain and the purpling is genetic...i am growing four of his strains (f-13, vanilluna, old time moonshine, and blue moonshine) they all exhibit deep purple stems...the only strains out of 20+ i am growing...take a look in the DJ short forum....lots of blues and purples going on in there...see ya around bro...here's to a safe and healthy harvest

all DJ's strains consist of four main parental genetic lines....Purple Thai, Flo Afghani, Highland Thai, and Blueberry Afghani...there are different combinations/percentages of these 4 parental lines in all Dj's work.....Original Flo is 60% Purple Thai, 40% Flo Afghani....F-13 is 80% flo, 5% Highland Thai, 15% Blueberry Afghani...BlueMoonshine is 9% flo, 10% Highland Thai, and 81% Blueberry Afghani...for example

djs moonshine reminds me so much about felix and owls productions purpurea ticinensis. i know dj worked with felix in swiss in the 90ties, wonder if the two strains share genetics?

Long day...tired but had to catch up on Son's of Anarchy, so i'm up...great start to the season...check it out if you haven't...i love DVR's btw...i can't remember the last time i watched a commercial

Anyway, watered them with instant compost post tea, 4ml bud candy, 4ml rhino skin....nice long maintenance session on plot 2...and sprayed em' with JMS oil...i am hoping the oil will have taken care of any PM and botrytis then on thursday i am going to spray them with a blend of spinosad and serenade and maybe a blend of serenade and BT...with no competition from the oil "cleanse" the Bacillus's should take over with ease...in my mind anyway...lol

Nope...i haven't ventured into breeding...intentional anyway..lol...LGTDC, Pommelo, Deep Chunkolate, and LMI are cannacopia's, PH is HTC's, and DC Nepalese is Raco's creation (freebie from seedbay)
