blynx: right now im running 2 42w and 2 26w and a 26w uvb but i think im going to switch after the challenge to a 150hps or something around thats some sort of hid
guanito: theres nothing running in the veg right now i dont have a scrubber i know that part of the reason i want to switch to a single hid so i cab squeeze one in there but as of right now i found these sent things i dont know the name of them but they work pretty well there like a lavender scent covers everything up really well my land lord has been in the same room three times and never new a thing and it was about a month into flower
kaotic: thats not really within the rules you know what watt is the hps and what watt are the cfls for the challenge could you sacrifice one of the two(run hps or cfl not both)

maybe what about the one that squeezes 30 clones in there i personally dont think the scrog method is going to win this just because of the 1sqft i think its going to be the spear shaped single cola plants that are going to do it

so your not going to run the 125w during flower your instead going to run 194 watts during veg then switch to 149 watts for flower is that right..............

Allthough im not entering the compition, this topic is perfect since its started around the same time my own 1.1sqft SOG cab is coming together, it will be good to see comparasen yeilds with different styles in such a cramped space.

oh sorry you just have what looks like 23 watt cfls with the 125 so i was just asking and whats up with that cork you have a 1.1sqft cab, your lurking why not just join the fun.....

well i may do then, this is mostly a trial run to see if 25watt cfls can do it or not, im upgrading it to a 70watt hps if the cfls dont do too well.
itll be a week or 2 till ive filled the cab, 16 plants allowed?
theyre all going to be harvested at the same time.

Well im only probably going to flowering 2 lots of clones in here then im going to a 400watt system which will tie me over with enough bud between harvests, meaning im gonna be saving myself alot ofmoney.

12and12: i might would run that 125 for flower also i mean its like 8500 lumens right so thats equal to 4 42w i mean i know the spectrum is 6500 but put 2 42w 2700 in there to help balance and your at 12900 lumens vs 10000 i dunno just a thought
cork144: thats rad going to build a new cab soon there is one at lowes 20in deep and 36in wide i think like 72in tall i just have to get some money i think im going to just run a 250 hopefully pull like 7oz thats all the nug i need maybe give hydro a shot dunno thats just more money you know

yea man my cabs about the same size, but im going to use 1.2l bottles, i can cram 50 in there, fill the bottles with coco and do a hydrogrow.
planning on growing mummia since it seems perfect for SOG.
with anyluck ill pull 10grams per container using a 400watt hps.

shit dude im going to use like a 25gal res or 4 gal pots only do like 4 to 6 plants maybe a scrog 50s to many plants for me and i figure why do small plant when i have all that space i want massive nugs i mean your going to have to wait 60 days for that first plant anyway so why not put 6 in there veg a little longer an have a pound to smoke on until your next harvest i mean if it takes you 4 months 2 for veg and 2 for flower thats 4 zips a month thats an oz a week no one smokes that much you know so i would rather reduce the plant count and make bigger plants
