Round 2 of the glue is in the books! Took 12 cuts of my 4 (will keep the best 4) in veg and round 3 is getting up potted and placed in the tent tonight.

Hey captain nice thread! Read about half of it so far.

Quick question why don't you hang your filter inside the tent and suck through it and push the air through your hood. It is also great when u do it this way because it also pulls air up through the bottom of your tent and up through the underneath of your plants so it gives them great airflow from underneath.

If you wanna check out my Album you will see how I hang mine. I am running a 1k in a 4x4 with a 6" fan and a phat filter. Plus you will cut down on all that ducting you are using that is actually not cooling your bulb off as good.

Just thought I would suggest that to ya from one tent grower to the next. Either way your method is working so you are gonna run it how you run it and I am not mad at ya. Lol

Very nice glue bud shots by the way I can't wait to get mine to flower.

I'm gonna change the room I'm keeping them at and go down to four clones and do the avid thing. In veg the glue really outgrows their damage, they catch up a little at the end but not so bad they ruin anything. I'm assuming when I do tho the weight should have a good jump considering the buggers won't be suckin so much life outa the leaves ...

Idk mike I just didn't want to hang anything else in the tent and I achieve what I need pushing air thru as well. I have a duct at the bottom bringing air in passively, and just one run of ducting with the one bend to the filter sitting on the floor. It's def cooling the bulb it's drawing air from outside, up thru the tent from bottom , drawn across the bulb thru open end of hood and down into and out the filter into the large room, could be cooler if I ran it directly out or into another room, but depending on the season I run an ac to help with temp and humidity so alls good for me.

I'm gonna try tomato cages next round, I have to find out if I'll have an easier time with out the screen. I wanna be able to pull a whole plant out to work on it, and there's just to many spots I can't get to with a 4x4 screen

Had a busy day yesterday, didn't get in my room, in fact I think it's been 3-4 days, usually I'm ok bc it's soil and everything's got pretty big pots, well I go to check and cut some cuttings so I can replace the neglected overgrown plants I have in veg and the 2 in veg are dried out pretty good and I had one in a mid stage also pretty dried out. I do have 3 cuttings waiting to pop roots so fingers crossed on them in case I can't get any of the three established plants to bounce back. This is the glue still in fact it's all I have except some beans in the fridge...... Ughhhhhhh

Ok still trying to really get things cleaned up here, have the avid but I'm hoping to get to just smaller plants before I have to use it, so tonight I did a spray of 1 tsp dr bronners lavender, 1 tsp neem, 1 drop eucalyptus oil, 1 drop rosemary to 1 quart of water (would have added 1 drop peppermint and 1 drop thyme if I had it on hand) I sprayed the tent and the 1 large plant well, if all looks good, all spray the smaller plant in veg, I really just need those 2 to give me some clones then the real clean up work will be done on them and the other 2 will be scrapped . Letting those 2 dry up as bad as I did really let the mites come back with a vengeance. No roots yet on any clones taken so far, some are at a week and some are easy 14 days, the 14 days do have the little white bumps like they want to start any day tho ...... We will see

Embarrassing and defeating and deflating, as my time was spent on other non mj projects and goals I've let this get this far, I think at least the last 2 run I scrapped in what should have been flower just to make sure I kept a cpl clones. I'm pretty sure I need to even order a new hps bulb that I can't say the one now saw a harvest.... I hope this comes together then maybe I can make a redemption thread

70% ISO in a spray bottle & douche every non living thing in the room with it !!! every corner nook & cranny , all your equipment filters .... everything !!!!!
it disipates very quickly & sucks any living organism dry !!!! even the eggs . its the only way i've completely irradicated them 3 times :tiphat:

only keep very small plants or clones & a double dose of Avid 1 time , kills off anything on the plants .

you can do this if i have ........ good luck Cappy :tiphat:

With the avid does it get in the plant so that if you missed an underside here or there it will still get em, of course I'll spray as good as possible just wondering,

And just put the 70% ISO straight out of the bottle into a spray bottle correct?

if you only have small plants make a big enough bucket and dip them and swirl 'em around a bit...

yes to the iso in the spray bottle...but even easier, and i dont know why growers forget this stuff....lysol...but with mites it never hurts to go apeshit with the cleaning part...and if theres carpet involved, baking soda...put it down, let it sit for a while or even better, take a broom and sorta scrub it around then vacuum it up...baking soda is alkaline so it will alter the surface pH of the carpet fibers,it wont kill much aside from eggs but bugs dont like it...
