I think it has less to do with getting a MO and more to do with the slow and/or unreliable postal services. With snail mail sometimes it takes a week some times it takes a month or it doesn't get there at all it's kind of just a roll of the dice.

The difference being the SB/SB folk have a history of making sure their clients get what they ordered, for well over a decade. They have a history of honouring their commitments to their suppliers.
JB had a fancy website, an ability to manipulate the google algorithm to capture traffic, and a facebook/twitter presence.... what the world has come to when a 30 year old computer geek with a vendetta can create so much drama and steal from so many people, and fool so many others into thinking he was an industry player rather than a nerdy croatian ex-pat canadian trying to skim as much as he could before running back to his little hole in the Philippines.
SB even has its share of breeders with claims of being ripped off.

I wish it could be different with regards to payments. Trust me when I say I have almost packed it in over this issue alone. You may notice that there have been more freebie offers and more price reductions at the bay. A lot will also tell you that I have been sending out gift packs for many lost payments and orders that have gone missing. This is something we had stopped doing a long time ago and that I have started again in the last year. This is done at a loss to us a business. Now I am not saying that u the customer is not losing out but I am trying. It really pisses me off when we are accused of being thieves, the one thing in my life that does get under my skin. But when u understand the nature of the business and its current situation and flaws it is totally understandble. I can never convince anyone 100% that does not know us a to our honesty.
I was told by my boss, Gypsy, many moons ago that when it came to customers with order issues that I was to shower them with love. Now albeit cheesey and I know many of you wont believe that anyway, it is the truth. Unfortunately there is only so much love to give currently while we struggle on.
