Hense why Weird's earlier misunderstanding about "using quantitative genetics" was so very laughable - because the methods I am outlining here outside of marker assisted technology, are the most efficient including taking into account quantitative genetics, while it is really he, who wanders around in Mendelianville...

is it true Tom ? quantitative gentics have no value at all

we have an understanding of quantitative genetics, beyond that there is no way to "use" ing them. We use selection methods which take into account the complexities of inheritance and genetic phenomenon. We do that by setting our egos and magic art aside and letting the best families win out of many while we run through proven selection method cycles as I am attempting to describe here. Other than that, we do not "use" quantitative genetics. It was just a new word he wanted to toss around, and he made an ass out of himself by doing so in the way that he did, no biggy.

Larry, not sure quite how to answer (you tryna fuck w/me?) so I will give you both. I find 1 of 20 female individuals from the Haze I maintain to be exceptional. I could lie about it, replace it with a ringer, or just flat out steal something else, and probably make you happier I bet, and even fill you with a bunch of ridiculous notions while I was at it,,, but it's just not my style man.

I like to closet breed when I get a nice male I've made several nice polybrids and have gifted them in bean form that's what I do. I feel because I've been gifted by some of the older respected closet breeders I owe it. owe it to pay it forward to the sick no cost but that's me. I don't wish or ever intend to make a cent off it granted not all are winners but the majority are. I feel that's my part

and the polybrids I've made with Deep Chunk crosses are very nice

Yes, that is where this thread started out, with folk clueless of the complexities of drug cannabis. Some of you guys think that you know where you can get better than that - you are cheap dates. What you are getting is more middle plant percentages, and a whole lot of bullshit to fill your mind with too. Try as you may, you will not turn drug cannabis into corn, not unless you are a blinded, cheap date. For thousands of years guys, be it working dog or drug cannabis or strawberries. You do not get to change the percentages of the truly exceptional, not as a breeder, not as a customer. We breed the exceptional in hopes of increasing the percentage of good. This is the truth of quantitative genetics as it pertains to conventional breeding methods, it's been with us forever, and it's not going away anytime soon.
