I posted this in the "Cannabis in an Australian Context" thread a couple days ago, but i realised everyone has already looked at that thread and prob wont look again. I think it is worthy of it's own thread. It's a decent sized pdf at 1.98mb, but it's a thoroughly interesting read. I copied it off the Mr Nice forum a few days ago, it was posted by hempy. It's called:
