Always a catch...if you were to plea, what would the sentence be? can you negotiate with them to something you are comfortable with i.e. community service?(well as comfortable as one can get with forced community service) Anything besides that you take it to the finish. Find the best deal you can get from them and decide if its worth it, if not - fuck em.

in the mean time not much else you can do about it. Once you have a path figured out stick to it and in the mean time don't stop living your life the way you would with out this burden. Happiness is a choice my man.

I have plead not guilty...thats why this is dragging on. Court would see it as stalling and not look to highly on me for it if I were to drag it on for any length of time. I mean yeah its fine if they do it...but if I try that I'd get fucked over.
I have all the crowns paperwork. Its called disclosure...and it says the cops entered my place without a warrant. It's supposed to be cut n' dry...and it is really. It's just a matter of do I wanna be away from my kids and community for much longer.

Once you have a path figured out stick to it and in the mean time don't stop living your life the way you would with out this burden. Happiness is a choice my man.

Last I heard they want house arrest, probation, comm. service, and fines.

It's not that its a bad deal really...its more the fact they want a conviction out of me by dragging this on when they clearly know they fuct up...lol...thats the most disheartening thing about this for me...

what i mean was is if you havent had a pretrial meeting, before the pre trial arriagnment. the crown will pretty much tell you what they are going to do. couyrt costs so much money.

the government rents it from itself with our money, then pays everyone with our money, at huge inflated prices for personal profit.

Yeah man, JPT and everything is over n' done with except this 3rd part document bullshit from CAS. My lawyer got 3 days set aside for trial.

totally. but judges do kind of care about wasting the money.

last time i went to trial, crown asked for 7 days, judge almost had a heart attack, then laughed at her hahaha lol, it was awesome.

then he granted her 4 hours, then she gave me a plea, 100 dollar fine. it took 2 years of the vpd investigating. thats a waste/ my particulars were 5 inches thick, its usually just the top of 1 page,

So I won in court as far ar the CAS documents go. I should have a "hard copy" in paper in the next two weeks. Can't wait to find out who the rat goof is n' deal with accordingly.

My lawyers (yes I hired another one) are screaming bloody murder if I plead to this. They're talking about getting my bail conditions changed so I can move back down south and be a parent for my kids...as well as not pleading, and doing my court date next year unless they can get a sooner date.

I'm gonna level here...theres only two ways about this.

1) plead, and get back to my kids
2) be a fucking idiot and only worry about myself

Then the new lawyer piped up.

Seems if I get my bail conditions changed...I can move and be in my childrens lives...and stay on bail...and fight this in court like I fucking well should...

So much beer...so much WFT....

well 170+ plants 12+yrs ago with a crappy lawyer got me 18 month house arrest...150 hours community service....and has since caused me nothing but grief

The key being CRAPPY LAWYER.....

Don't plead guilty unless you have to....or you have paid for the best lawyer $$$ can buy and they say to take it...

I plead guilty to my most recently acquired possession charge earlier this week. Doing so got my Breach charge drop and more importantly softened up the crown.
I asked about a variation in my present bail conditions...and the crowns agreed to it.

I've got trial dates and the best lawyers I can afford...so i'm confident in beating the production charge.

Bail variation right before outdoor season begins?? That's one hell of a coincidence...
